Holiday rentals with a pool in Charneca da Caparica

I have stayed at many Airbnb's and Marcos was one of the best hosts that I have experienced! Great communication and more! The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything you need! It is located close to the beach and markets close by to get whatever you may need. There is a restaurant across the street that has good food and service. I would definitely stay here again!

Het is een mooi verblijf zoals op de foto’s te zien. In de ruime woning heb je genoeg plek om terug te trekken of juist met elkaar te zijn. We hebben erg genoten van de verkoeling in het zwembad, de kamers zijn ook voorzien van airco. Een leuke plek om met een groep naar toe te gaan. Houdt er wel rekening mee dat wanneer je iets wilt doen je met de taxi naar het centrum moet gaan. Maar is prima te doen a 30-45 min met de taxi.

Das be Besteck war etwas schwer zu finden, ansonsten hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt.

If you want a real local Sintra experience then this is your place. Charming house with a lot of character, charm and history. We were a group of 6 and cooked in for dinner 2 of the three nights. Very close to town center for walking. It’s a very hilly town so if you like walking it’s great for you. Maria could not have been nicer.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Fotos und bietet alles was man Brauch. Die offene Küche und der kleine Pool mit den Hängematten im Hof waren das absolute Highlight. Wenn ich mir ein kleines Ferienhaus bauen würde, dann würde es genau so aussehen. 🫶🏼 François war ein toller Gastgeber, der uns sogar mit Wein und leckerem Käse begrüßt hat. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder.

Carla's house is simply spectacular, exactly like the photos, cozy, super clean, extremely equipped with everything we needed. Carla was super attentive since our first contact, always willing to help with whatever was needed, always available to answer questions! My family and I loved staying at her house and we will definitely stay there again when we return to Portugal! Thank you for everything Carla.

Wir haben mit 2 Familien eine Woche in Daniel's Haus verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus und Grundstück sind nicht nur groß, sondern auch schon eingerichtet bzw. angelegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und mit beheiztem Pool, neuem Kicker, Yogamatten, der Tischtennisplatte und dem Grill gibt es auch ohne Ausflüge viel zu tun. Aber angesichts der schönen, ruhigen Natur (ab und zu nerven das Hundegebell etwas) in unmittelbarer Umgebung und den vielseitigen Strände (im Westen mit Wellen, bei Sesimbra ruhig karibisch, allerdings kalt:-)) wäre es schade, auf Ausflüge zu verzichten. Man braucht allerdings einen Mietwagen und Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind etwas weiter weg (bis den den kleinen Shop im Ort, der Essentials anbietet). Wir würden das Haus definitiv nochmal buchen.

Queremos deixar um enorme agradecimento pela forma como fomos recebidos. O espaço superou todas as expectativas — é lindíssimo, acolhedor e pensado com um cuidado que se nota em cada detalhe. A arquitetura é inspiradora e combina de forma perfeita com o ambiente calmo e ao mesmo tempo social. A privacidade de cada quarto é uma grande mais-valia, permitindo descanso e tranquilidade, mas ao mesmo tempo adorámos ter uma sala, uma cozinha e um pátio que nos convidaram a partilhar bons momentos entre todos. Foi o equilíbrio ideal. A hospitalidade foi irrepreensível: sentimos-nos verdadeiramente bem-vindos. A simpatia e atenção com que fomos tratados, além da comida deliciosa que nos foi proporcionada, tornaram a experiência ainda mais especial. Foi uma estadia memorável!

Het appartement is compleet en erg schoon. Het zwembad is ook schoon. Alleen jammer dat er geen ligstoelen aanwezig zijn. Wel een ligplaats in het gras. Voor een verblijf voor een stadsreis is het zeker een aanrader. Op loopafstand van de wijk Belem en met de tram in 20 minuten in het centrum. Daar zal je beslist niet zo’n mooi appartement vinden. Ik zal het appartement iedereen aanraden.

Prez est un excellent hôte. Il a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer le logement et nous donné une multitude de recommandations locales et touristiques. Nous avons aussi adoré la piscine pour les journée chaude. Tranquille avec beaucoup de chaise et très refraichissante Un peu plus éloigné du centre mais seulement à 20 min à pied de l’arrêt des bus touristique. Je recommande à tous !

Maria was a responsive friendly host and has a beautiful spacious 2 bedroom appartment situated about a 15 min walk downhill to both the Marina & town of Cascais. The walk back up is very manageable unless you have mobility issues but there are scooters you can hire if you wish. It comes with an underground car park space too. Showers and all facilities worked fine and the TV is a Smart TV so you can access Netflix, Youtube etc. We found the Pool area to be lovely but not used much at all. There -are 2 supermarkets nearby -the smaller & closer one (5 mins away opens 8-8pm apart from Sund (8-1pm). Cascais is sublime -sandy clean beaches, great restaurants (try the Marina area too) and friendly people. It has a lovely vibe, If staying here -Sintra is a must (but book Palace beforehand) & Lisbon is worth a visit (1 day is plenty -go by Uber (€15) & return by Train (€5)) . Loads of great golf in the area too.

Natacha’s apartment was a wonderful base for our time in Lisbon. The apartment is so well stocked - we travelled with our 15m old and there was a high chair, baby bath and even cutlery for her. The flat itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable and we found it quiet even though there were some building works going on across the street. The pool area was absolutely fantastic and an extra bonus was the underground parking. Would recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon, especially those with children. Thanks Natacha for being so kind and helpful during our stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lisbon! From the very beginning, communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and welcoming – always helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is spotless, very well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect – peaceful and quiet. It’s an ideal place for a couple looking for a cozy and calm retreat in the city. We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. August and Teresa were fantastic hosts making sure we were okay and gave us recommendations. The pool was a real bonus, especially on warm days and when the beaches were busy. It’s also in a great location for exploring the area, with easy access to both Lisbon and Cascais. Would happily recommend!

This Airbnb was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was unbeatable—tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood but still just 20 minutes from Lisbon centre which has amazing restaurants, shops, and attractions. We loved waking up to the natural light pouring in, enjoying coffee on the balcony, and relaxing after a day of exploring. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available, BOOK IT IMMEDIATELY! When we return, I’ll definitely book again. Thank you.

This is a lovely well equipped 2 bed apartment in the Bairro do Rosario suburb of Cascais. Communication with the host was excellent and the garden and pool area are a real bonus. It is a 15 min walk to de Inferno and a good 35 min walk into the centre of Cascais. However there are bus stops close by to the apartment which have regular timetables. There are a number of lovely restaurants close by at Casa de Guia, and the Ophelia cafe on the next street is lovely for breakfast whilst the sacolinha bakery at the end of the street is excellent. The small supermarket at the end of the street is good for small amounts, the large Pingo Doce 5 mins walk away has a much larger selection. A very relaxing stay

Hemos pasado unos días geniales con amigos y niños en casa de Laura. La casa está en un entorno maravilloso lleno de vegetación, los exteriores son preciosos. La casa es como se ve en las fotos, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días perfectos. Es preciosa y muy espaciosa. Nosotros íbamos con 2 bebés y nos dejaron cuna y trona. Nos permitieron hacer el check out un poco más tarde sin problema. Muy recomendable.

Bernardo and Maria's place was a perfect getaway for ours girls trip. It was peaceful and spacious and we could get into the centre of Lisbon easily with Ubers. The pool was amazing and was a big highlight of our stay! Great sized rooms and bathrooms, lovely patio, really suitable for a group holiday, would highly recommend!

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations! This is the first Air BnB I have stayed in where the rooms are even nicer than the pics! We stayed here with our adult children for 8 days and absolutely loved it! The property is nicer than some 5 star resorts we have stayed in. The kitchen has anything you could possibly need and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet! Rui and Teresa greeted us upon arrival and were responsive anytime we had questions. There were restaurants within walking distance but also Ubers and Bolts were plentiful and inexpensive. I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you Rui and Teresa!

We had a fabulous time at José's place. He was there with a warm welcome when we arrived, showed us around and explained everything. He was extremely responsive when we sent messages and had questions. Nothing was too much trouble for him to ensure we were happy and had a great time. The house is a quaint little house from the 1930s that has been renovated to bring in modern comforts, but still retaining charming details like the original floor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for all the cooking and BBQing we did. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had an incredible stay at Susan's property. The former caretakers house was immaculate. Super clean, super comfortable, and included wonderfol amenities. Susan was the perfect hostess and incredibly generous and caring to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool, walking through the fruit trees, and using the BBQ. The property is truly special and we are so grateful we had a chance to stay there and experience it.

This place was perfect for what we were looking for. We needed somewhere that could accommodate 9 of us, 6 adults and 3 children under 3. The house itself was beautiful, very tidy and had so much space. The hosts Ana and Nuno had thought of the children and provided us with cots, high chairs, children’s dinnerware, and even things for the children to play with. The swimming pool was gated off as described. The location felt really private and quiet, with beautiful views of the sea. We were able to walk down to the local shops and beach of Praia das Maçãs, so we didn’t need to hire a car. Ana was so friendly and helpful before and during our stay. We had such a lovely time here, and would love to come back one day.

The house was perfect for our trip. We had a wedding nearby and we also had family visiting us. It is well equipped with everything we needed. Spacious, beautifully kept. Comfortable beds and nice bath towels. Nice big kitchen. Ana was a pleasure and very responsive. The little village of Praia das Maçãs is adorable, and beautiful beach. Nice restaurants and we loved going to the Mercado to buy food for a big lunch we cooked at the house on our last day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the area. And I hope to be back again.

Nuno war unheimlich hilfsbereit, freundlich und immer gut zu erreichen und verbindlich! Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig und schön eingerichtet! Auch war Nuno unheimlich hilfsbereit und unterstützend bzlg. Kleinkinder und hat uns Betten und Hochstühle organisiert! Ohne Auto ist es schwierig, weil man zu Fuß weder gut angeschlossen. Einziges Manko ist die Hellhörigkeit zu den Nachbarn. Vielen Dank Nuno, dass wir Euer Haus nutzen durften!
