This cozy apartment is a three-minute walk from the charming village of Walloon with its shopping, beach, and restaurants. This space comes with a full kitchen and workspace. Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two; however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. Our apartment is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gaslight district, Boyne Mountain's skiing/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmers' market. We welcome bookings from guests ages 21 and over.

Kitchen is well equipped with dishes pots and pans silverware enough to cook a full meal. Kitchen has a table with four chairs. Bathroom has a nice fiberglass shower stall. Easy half-mile stroll to the main streets of East Jordan for restaurants. Boat launch 1/10 mile away. City beach right across the street.
