Un mélange alliant le charme d'antan et le moderne pour un séjour reposant. A la découverte de Bourges sa Cathédrale, ses marais puis de l'autre côté Sancerre, son vin et son fromage : Le Chavignol. Cette ancienne gare des années 1900 en plein coeur des champs et des vignes, est une maison idéale pour des séjours en famille ou entre amis. Sur la route des vins du Sancerrois et à 15 minutes du village de Chavignol, vous pourrez vous laisser charmer par son authenticité, ses pièces spacieuses et ses vues. The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)
