Lovely, cheerful, updated 50’s house in a beautiful, quiet, centrally located neighborhood. Only 5-10 minutes from UT Tyler, the medical center, shopping, and great restaurants! Three comfortable bedrooms — one with a king bed, and two with queen beds with room darkening drapes. Memory foam mattresses, plenty of pillows, & 100% cotton sheets, blankets, quilts/bedcovers. 100% cotton towels. Stainless steel appliances in the open kitchen. Large windows to enjoy the views and let the sunshine in!

Nice place! Our stay was very short and as such we didn’t have time to tour the garden, and more importantly meet the Great Dane that we had read about in other reviews. The property is located in an incredible historic district a short walk to the concert we were attending. Very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. Would be thrilled to stay again!
