Precioso apartamento en el centro de Cochabamba!! Todo perfecto!

El lugar fue óptimo y muy limpio, ideal para nuestra estadía en Cochabamba. Angelo nos recibió con amabilidad y estuvo siempre atento. ¡Recomendado!

we stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is very spacious, the beds very comfortable and the hot water shower very welcomed. Andrea was easy to communicate with and responsive when we had questions. The pool and gym were great to have access to as well. Highly recommend this host and her apartment.

Very clean and good security. Easy to check in and one of the hosts will always respond quickly. The listing mentioned a clothes dryer but when we asked a washing machine was not available, however the hosts kindly agreed to do washing and drying of clothes for a fee. We also had an issue with our bus being cancelled/rearranged and the hosts were flexible with this. Walkable to the more busy areas and cafes. Would recommend.

We loved our stay in this pure oasis of an Airbnb. It’s on the 9th floor. Everything was top-notch and we felt right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are plenty of storage possibilities, the bed is very comfy, the bathroom modern and squeaky clean with good water pressure. The TV has Disney+. We found it very handy to have our own washing machine and drying rack in the apartment. And we could use the Gym room on the 2nd floor whenever we wanted to. The communication with Jhovani and his staff was pleasant. Would definitely come back. All in all a perfect stay and a great value for money!

Andres is a fantastic host and chef! I felt very welcome from the beginning, the room and the garden are fabulous and you should not miss out on having lunch and/or dinner at his restaurant (great vegan and vegetarian options)! The place is very clean and spacious, Wi-Fi is stable and everyone is very helpful and lovely. Next time I’ll be staying longer!

Eine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung mit Küche, Bad und einen schönen Gartenzugang. Ein unbeschreiblich schöner Garten. 😁 Wer keine Hunde mag ist hier vielleicht falsch. Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt ist super mit mehreren Minibusen 131, 132 125, 270.

Recomiendo la casa en un 100%, es una casa minimalista que por dentro luce espectacular. Tiene todo tipo de áreas para disfrutar entre varias personas, la casa te brinda una comodidad confortable, dentro de ella encontrarás todo lo que necesitas para uso diario. El anfitrión te da mucha libertad para hacer lo que gustes dentro de la casa, lo que es perfecto, yo y mis amigos tuvimos muchas actividades dentro de la casa desde parrilladas hasta pequeñas fiestas en los espacios que ofrece la casa, todo fue espectacular ya que la casa es enorme. Mi espacio favorito fue la sala de Karaoke ya que tiene un excelente sistema de sonido magnífico igual que al de las discotecas, a parte que cuenta con juego de luces y en la noche queda espectacular. Otra ves reitero, recomiendo mucho la casa, el anfitrión es una excelente persona que te ayudará en todo lo que el pueda, y tal como el te dará toda la libertad para hacer lo que gustes creo que nosotros como huéspedes tenemos que respetar su casa.

Excelente Alojamiento!!!! Nuestra estadía fue Excelente. cuenta con lo necesario para vivir cómodamente. Las habitaciones y baños muy bien El edificio está muy limpio , la piscina temperada. Lo pasamos muy bien. gracias por todo a los anfitriones !!!!

Excelente opción. El departamento está en un condominio grande, pero existe mucho orden y no fue incomodo ni ruidoso en ningún momento. Tiene todas las comodidades, baños limpios y cómodos, excelentes colchones en las camas y cocina muy bien equipada. Se valora mucho la licuadora y la plancha, que no siempre están presentes en alojamientos de este tipo. Los anfitriones son muy correctos en su comunicación. Lugar muy recomendable.

El departamento es nuevo, lujoso y confortable. La cocina está bien equipada. Los baños son cómodos. Las paredes tienen buena aislación acústica. El balcón y las habitaciones tienen muy buenas vistas de la ciudad y de las montañas.
