I had a great time in this flat. I would recommend this place absolutely. River view is much more calm and quiet than the other side. Great view over the river on the 38th. Amazing balcony with high chairs. Would book again

The flat looks exactly like the photos—perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. It’s located on a higher floor of an older building close to Chinatown, which initially made me feel a bit uneasy, but that changed the moment I stepped inside. The stunning river view immediately took my breath away. Just two floors below, there’s a shared patio where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets across the river. The view was so pleasant that I ended up staying in bed all day during a thunderstorm just to watch it. Lily is very responsive and helpful. She also has a two-bedroom apartment next door with a spacious living room and panoramic views—ideal for families or small groups. I’d love to come back again next time!

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

Nice view and close to the BTS, pier, many of the major attractions in Bangkok.

Chonny's place is very nice, clean, specious, near BTS station. Chonny was very nice, active with informations and very respoensful. Definitely we will come back next time. I recommend Chonny's place.

My partner and I enjoyed using the Ice Cream House for our homebase while exploring Bangkok for our first time! The space itself was very spacious and clean, and anything we needed was within walking distance. We were very close to convenience stores, local eateries, boat piers and the train station! After many hot, busy days exploring, there was no better way to finish than with yummy ice cream and a cozy cool room! Thank you to the team for all the local recommendations and for making our stay as great as it was.

I highly recommend Lucas place it was extremely close to shopping centre’s restaurants and park and transport. Lucas apartment was immaculate and spacious Luca was friendly and had outstanding communication Nothing was a hassle and he responded straight away We asked for a late check out and Lucas was very accommodating and let us check out at 5pm as it would have been a nightmare carting 6 suitcases around all day. We will definitely be staying next time we are in Bangkok. Thank you so much Luca we really appreciate you going above and beyond. 5* 😊

I really enjoyed my stay at this cozy place. Everyone will agree that the benefits far outweigh the costs, especially for the price. Recommended.

Clean and cosy. Well equipped for a short stay. The washing machine and washing powder was great for washing clothes, especially in the hot and humid climate of Bangkok. The apartment is conveniently located, just a short 5 min walk from Ekkamai BTS station and right next to a mall with supermarket. Several chic cafes and eateries in the alleys right behind the apartment, dishing out really nice coffee, baked goods and local dishes. Gale is very responsive, friendly and accommodating to our requests.

We chose Sunatta’s place because it’s close to Don Mueang airport since our flight landed at around 9pm. So it’s very convenient 10 mins taxi ride to the Palm place. And it’s also quite close to the Chatuchak weekend market and the MOCA museum, as we had planned to visit. Overall it feels like home with all the necessities provided by the host! Thank you once again.

L'appartement de Omg est très fidèle aux description photo. Entrée autonome. Très cosy, très propre avec tout les accessoires nécessaires et utiles pour une maison à disposition. La communication avec l'hôte c'est très bien passé et il est très réactif au message et questions posées. Les 2 télévisons dans le salon et la chambre a Netflix. Toutes les restaurations et attractions diverses se trouvent tout autour du building En bref, je vOus recommande FORTEMENT l'appartement de Omg.

A clean, spacious, and comfortable place to stay overnight. Hanh has been gracious in her communications, and accommodating to some requests when possible. We had a very nice stay!

L’appartement est très confortable avec une vue magnifique sur la ville proche du métro et du grand centre commercial Rama 9. J.JBoy est très gentil, très à l’écoute et toujours disponible si besoin. Il m’a amenée à l’aéroport le jour de mon départ, ce qui est très appréciable. Je recommande fortement cet appartement et merci à JJBoy pour son accueil.

Our stay at this apartment was noting short of spectacular! Newly renovated, super clean and roomy! We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Tony - the host - was very friendly and always available! We definitely recommend this apartment to a single person, a couple or family of 2-3 and we are looking forward to renting it ourselves again - very soon! Really friendly and responsive host! My friend had food poisoning and we requested for a slightly later check out and the host accommodated with no hesitations nor charges. Really sweet of her. Appreciated! The air conditioning was rly good, everything was working well. We enjoyed our stay :)

A great and clean place located just a few minutes walking distance from Emsphere (a mall with multiple levels of food, built-in nightclubs/bars, banks, an IKEA, retail shopping, and more). The host was extremely responsive, nice, and accommodating. There is also shuttle service that runs until 7 PM (with a break between 12 PM to 1 PM) that takes one from the building to the Phrom Phong BTS station. The building itself has a pool and nice gym. There is everything inside of the flat that one needs so this is a highly recommended spot that makes for a great stay!

love the decor, very authentic thai furnishing, the space is huge with a big living room for everyone to chill together. definitely fits any families who needs 3 bedrooms. perfect for group of friends too. P is always responsive and helpful and you cant ask for a better host than him. thanks!
