Le Moulin de Papalis: a place to recharge

Ce moulin du 18ème a été réhabilité en maison de 180m2 avec une capacité de 8 personnes. Le bien est composé d'une cuisine, d'un atelier avec billard, une terrasse, séjour, salon, 4 chambres dont une chambre avec douche et une salle de bain. Le jardin est composé d'îles reliés par des ponts. Durant votre séjour, vous aurez l'occasion de pratiquer la pêche, la baignade, le canoë, le ping pong.... Je tiens à préciser qu'il s'agit d'un moulin construit sur un bief dans un milieu naturel préservé.

Ideally located 1 hour from Bordeaux (10 minutes from the A89), 30 minutes from Périgueux and Bergerac, it will allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Dordogne. Our cottage is located in a mill on the beautiful river La Dronne. It is a very spacious apartment (55 m2) fully renovated. A bedroom with a view of the river, and a beautiful terrace overlooking it. Direct access to the river for swimming or canoeing that we provide. Please note that the staircase leading to the gîte is quite narrow and steep and is not suitable for people with disabilities as well as for some people with limited mobility

Amoureux de la nature si vous souhaitez vous ressourcer au calme nous vous accueillons dans notre gîte entièrement privatif. Le logement est une petite maison en pierre typique de la Dordogne. Le gîte était autrefois la porcherie du corps de ferme qui date de 1945, celui ci a été brûlé lors de la seconde guerre mondial car paraît-il, un trésor y était caché ! Ce lieu chargé d’histoire où il fait bon vivre vous séduira par sa tranquillité.
