The Sans Souci cottage is an independent accommodation in a 6-hectare property that also includes the owners' accommodation and an unusual accommodation (trailer), surrounded by meadows, on the banks of the Armançon. Completely renovated and furnished in 2020, we offer a comfortable accommodation for 6 people with a private swimming pool (from May to September), located in Côte d'Or, in a welcoming, green, sunny region rich in gastronomy and tourist sites.

At the end of a cul-de-sac, peaceful country house located less than a 10-minute drive from the Orient Lakes. Guests can enjoy the view of our horses in the meadow, as well as walks in the forest accessible 200 m from the house. Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

Old house of 130 m2 with enclosed and wooded land, located at the foot of the Champagne vineyards. Composed on the ground floor: equipped kitchen, dining room, TV lounge, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs you will have two large bedrooms and a toilet. We offer, by reservation only, a visit to our Champagne Binon-Coquard estate located in Spoy and enjoy a tasting. We are located 15 min from Nigloland.
