This house is on the property of Villa des Chouettes close to vineyards, amusement park, Troyes, Lake of the Orient Forest.

This is the perfect base from which to discover Burgundy's historical, architectural and gastronomic riches. The house is located about 30 min east of Chablis and 15 min from Les Riceys and about 1 hour from Auxerre, Dijon and Troyes. We are between Crémant and Champagne. It is also a little more than 4 hours by car from Calais and 5 hours from Provence, ideal for a stopover. You can enjoy a few steps from Lake Marcenay, the bird conservatory and hiking.
