This is a cozy 40-pyeong single-family house located in Changpyeong, famous for being a slow city, and is a new house that I built and manage with care. When you open the gate, a spacious lawn and open deck await you. You can have a barbecue party here or have fun with your pet. When you enter the house, the open living room spreads out, and the wonderful view of Wolbongsan Mountain seen from the window gives you healing. There is also a pine forest promenade around the accommodation, so you can take a slow walk and feel the relaxed charm of Changpyeong. And just 40 meters from the property, there is also a Changpyeong Golf Course (Par 3) that can be visited comfortably without a reservation! It's perfect for light exercise and relaxation. We wanted to balance the familiarity of everyday life with the novelty of travel. Please take the time to feel the warmth and freshness in the combination of modern furniture that has been completed in the rafters of the hanok, which has been piled up over the years. You can sit on the floor or sofa and enjoy tea while listening to music. Enjoy a warm tea and reflection while touching the carefully crafted furniture. The book is prepared as a manuscript focusing on architecture, interior, flowers, plants, and photography. Welcome to Minumang! We want to share our precious family home together! The name of our house is 'Isodang'. If you look at the meaning of the Chinese characters, it means 'carp', 'pond', and 'house'. As the name suggests, there are cute carps living together in our house. I think you'll laugh at the cute appearance of the kids. Our house is a place where cute neighborhood cats stop by to rest. Since the family loves cats, they are often friends who come to our house, as we give them food and snacks. If you stay at our house, you might meet the children once. A lot of different flowers bloom in my house. When the flowers are in full bloom, you can see a wide variety of flowers blooming and withering at weekly intervals, so I think it would be more enjoyable to stay at our house in the season when the flowers are in full bloom.

The Damyang House - Private House - Pet Friendly

Both the interior and exterior of the main house and guesthouse underwent a top-to-bottom renovation in November of 2025.
