Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Chang Phueak

This is a really nice place to stay. We really appreciate the helpful hosts. When we arrived airport very late, they arranged transportation. When we got up very late in the "morning", we still enjoyed perfect "breakfast". Thank you very much for everything. We are also very sorry for we left earlier for some personal reasons. It was really a pity we cannot stay longer. We wish to see you in the near future and next time we would like to stay longer and experience more. Greetings from Jack & Carol

We had a wonderful stay at Chiang Moi House. It’s in such a great location tucked outside of the hustle of the old city and great little spots to discover. We stayed in 2 rooms both comfy and suitable. All basic needs are met and cleaning is offered daily. The staff at the front desk are so nice they really made the stay that much better. We booked a tour for a day through then that was great. I would stay here again next time. If there’s a suggestion I can make it’s that they send a messenger via air bnb welcoming guests with the exact name of the place along with address and directions. It would go a long way helping arriving guests find the place easier.

We had a lovely stay at Poppy's place. We particularly enjoyed the pool on these hot late April days and the very good breakfasts.

These hosts were absolutely incredible! Our room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Water and snacks were provided, and our hosts were so happy to help out with any questions and have great recommendations! The accommodation was a small walk away from the main square. We would absolutely stay here again!

The place is still great to stay. Bazar market is 10min walk away Sunday market is 10min walk to the square. The staff are friendly in the building. Breakfast is great. Clean place. Nick is always reachable great host. I have stayed here 4 times and I recommend this place to stay.

Lucy's house is very close to Chiang Mai University and very quiet. There is a large garden with lush flowers and trees, and a smart cat named Coco! My English is not good, but Lucy will try her best to understand my expression, even though I still have to use translation software. I hope to come back to Chiang Mai and Lucy's house next time, hopefully during the rainy season!

A beautiful and quiet place, just a short 50-meter walk from the main street. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and service-minded. It’s very close to the lovely CMU park and charming streets with local markets and affordable restaurants serving great food. This area is ideal for those seeking a quieter stay away from the usual tourist spots. Note: For those on a workcation, the room lacks a work desk, but there are cafes and a co-working space nearby. A gaming cafe is also just 3-4 minutes away for enthusiasts.

The house is very vintage and beautiful. I like it very much. The housekeeper is very friendly. The breakfast is also very delicious. The room is right next to Chiang Mai University. There are many delicious stalls behind the campus gate. Maya is a 10-minute walk from the main entrance. Remember to go in from the main entrance. It's not on the main road. Thank you. See you soon.

Wasu & Nick are super welcoming and make you feel right at home. The area is quiet and peaceful with running water birds chirping to calm the mind. Delicious home-cooked breakfasts to choose from each morning. You can tell they care about you feeling accomodated and happy. Would absolutely stay here again. Central Chiang Mai can feel a bit hectic and stressful with all the traffic so this is a nice contrast to that where you can relax before starting the day. Definitely rent a scooter when living here as the trip to central Chiang Mai is 20-25 minutes and taxis might not be available 24/7.

Awesome spot for a stay in the jungle. Very peaceful and relaxing. Tough to get to, but if you assume it will be 1200baht to/from (even through ride share apps) then it's well worth the price. Good/fairly priced food.

If you like Chiang Mai but you're not a fan of the noise - this place is ideal. The family make you feel like family and the breakfasts are amazing :) Be sure to rent your bike from them as well!

A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! The host communicates in a super timely and friendly manner, patiently answering questions from booking to check-out. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Chiang Mai again! Highly recommend to all travelers, you won't regret choosing here ~

Very clean and comfortable accommodation with great hosts. The pool is such an asset. Walk to multiple eating options. Out of the city some 12K, which means fabulous peace and quiet

Great place to stay. Very walkable location. The cafe below was closed the day I was checking out, but they still made me breakfast and left it at my door the evening before they were closed. The room is above the cafe and the floors are hardwood, so you need to be mindful of how loud you are walking.

From the moment we arrived, Pat was so welcoming and friendly. He went above and beyond any host I’ve ever met. His daughter, Ai, was also very welcoming. The place was beautiful and overlooked the entire valley. It was pristine. Beverages were readily available for purchase as was the hot pot. My girlfriend is pescatarian and she was appropriately accommodated. You must try the hot pot. One of the highlights of our trip was eating it overlooking g the jungle. Breakfast was fantastic and huge portion. Thank you so much to Pat and his family. We will remember our time and interactions with you forever. Best stay in Thailand!
