This is the third time that we have stayed at Santiago‘s condo. It’s in a great location walkable to the pool and plenty of things to do in the area. We would definitely stay there again.

we found the location to be excellent with easy access to downtown Phoenix and other surrounding communities. the house is nicely decorated to make it feel homey.

The Airbnb was really nice and felt right at home. All the rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen/living area were super clean and smelled nice. The community where this house is located is also nice and peaceful. Lastly, Pete and Maria are very welcoming and helped me throughout my stay at their Airbnb. I would highly recommend renting this place for a big family.

This was a great stay! Angel’s place was very clean with comfortable furniture and beds, a big smart TV in the living room and also in the bedrooms. There’s also a lot of attention to detail in areas like the bathroom (Q-tips, floss, etc). He also had a welcome sign with my name 😃. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Location was cute and cozy! Our two night stay was fun and the host even texted us to ensure things were great incase we didn’t use the app. Highly recommended this location if your looking for something cozy 💕

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed. We had no issues with anything from check in to check out, so we did not really have to message Barbara about anything. But when we did message her, she was responsive and kind! If we ever visit Arizona again, I’ll be sure to check if this place is available as I’d love to stay here again.

Our stay went very well!! Everything was outlines perfectly in the instruction, and Geoffrey was easy to communicate with and helpful.

The unit is in a quiet neighborhood with a nice pool. Close to restaurants, Old Town and ASU. There is a park accessible through the back gate with a walking trail. It’s convenient to walk through the park on the trail to go get coffee and groceries. We would stay here again!

I've stayed in 7-8 Airbnbs in the Gilbert/Chandler area for work, and Robert's place is by far my favorite. It's a 10-minute walk to the restaurants and coffeeshops in downtown Gilbert but located on a quiet street, so you get the best of both worlds. The furnishings are high-quality and tastefully done, the appliances are top-notch (coffee bean grinder, sous vide machine, Cuisinart mixer, high quality cookware, an induction stovetop), the beds are extremely comfortable with high-quality duvets, a thorough and recent renovation appears to have been done, excellent shower heads and water pressure, plus there's even a bidet and heated seat in the master bathroom! My girlfriend wasn't thrilled about there not being a door on the master bathroom off of the master bedroom, but other than that it was just about perfect. Would absolutely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again!

10/10 my work crew of 6 loved staying at this location while we worked at an event at Sloan Park. We were able to walk the short distance to work each day and loved the convenience. Shopping center very close by. We got great use out of the pool and hot tub each evening and some mornings too. House was very clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked for making meals at home. Shampoo/Conditioner and soap provided. Todd was responsive when I had a quick question about something in the house. Easy to drive into Tempe or out of town into the mountains. Pretty much everything you would want out of an Airbnb! I look forward to staying here again in the future when we come back for the same event next year.

The property is located within 3 mins walking distance of downtown Gilbert. It is charming, clean, spacious and has nice walking trails and resting nearby. It is definitely worth the money for anyone that’s interested in visiting Gilbert, and prefer to have more space for the money than what a hotel can offer. Richard (the property manager) was responsive throughout and kind. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay! Road by the house is a little noisy in the morning but if you are looking for a place to sleep while you do all of your fun things during the day I can’t recommend it enough!

This place was absolutely perfect for our trip. The views from the rooftop are absolutely stunning, and you are close to Phoenix as well as many hiking trails in the desert. Having a private garage, three bedrooms each having their own bathroom and open floor and living room and kitchen and dining room area served our family well. Marcia was an amazing host, always responsive, and I would recommend this place to anyone traveling in the Phoenix area.

Chance was very helpful and communicated well through every step of the process. Good value for a nice stay in the Phoenix area.

I am always skeptical about staying at airbnbs due to "horror stories" but it was great! No out of the ordinary rules and great communitions back. Would stay again if i am ever in the area. Clean house and kitchen and bedrooms.

Spacious and quiet condo with park access for walking, jogging or frisby golf. Great location with a variety of restaurants and shopping close-by. Mattias was quick to respond and was helpful with accommodations. We would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at El Caballo! The location was perfect. Walkable to Old Town Scottsdale shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you might need. The clothes steamer was much appreciated! We also loved the bed. Very comfortable. Rebecca was very responsive and communication about check-in and check-out was clear and easy. We highly recommend!

The place was exactly like the photos! It was cute and clean. The beds were comfy, but one room had a sky window and it was very bright if you were trying to sleep in a little! I didn’t realize it was going to be a townhouse in an apartment complex though and there were so many speed bumps it was annoying to get to the house every single time. When I first arrived the parking spot numbers were all over the place and finding the spot took awhile and then had to figure out which section the place was in. I wish those instructions were given so I didn’t have to walk/drive around. It was in a really great location though so close to a lot of fun stuff and quiet neighborhood. The water filter on the fridge also didn’t work which kind of stunk because I wanted to refill my reusable water bottles but had to go by plastic water instead. It was perfect for just the weekend though and just two of us.

We can’t say enough about Eddie! The place was super clean and cozy! We were worried about the heat since we’ve been at other places in AZ and it can get hot. Eddie’s place is perfectly positioned so that the sun never hits the unit which made it a very nice and cool place to relax! It was central to everything! Close to Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa and Glendale all the places we needed to be. Took a break between graduation celebrations and relaxed at the pool which was empty for us with a nice table and shade! Pool was clean and well kept. Eddie had all the things we needed and even had some Keurig pods which was perfect since we forgot to buy coffee. The fridge was clean and pristine ready to be filled! I also forgot cooking oil and Eddie had olive oil in the cupboard so I was able to make breakfast. He responds so fast and was very helpful. This is definitely a pristine place and we recommend it for anyone that wants a nice place. Oh!I almost forgot we loved the second bed! Murphy bed

Great place. Ashley has great taste… beautifully and tastefully furnished. Very comfortable. Great location tucked away and quiet but quick access to anything you need. Hosts were very responsive. Would happily return if I am lucky enough to be able to book again (this one should go fast!).
