Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. The gîte du lavoir, in the heart of the village of Varzy, a village nestled in the heart of hills and forests, is a small, secure, independent old house, conducive to calm and hiking. An enclosed lot, allows the parking of a vehicle. On site: local shops, nursing home, pharmacy. Museum. The gîte is 2.5 hours from Paris, close to the Nivernais Canal, 1 hour from the Loire Valley, Morvan, Vézelay and Guédelon. Weekly rental in July-August.

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini oven, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, fridge and freezer. (No hob). Also an outdoor area to relax and/or dine. Close to Guédelon Castle Ratilly Castle Colette's house Boutissaint Park Lake Bourdon. Sancerre and Pouilly for our wines in Burgundy. A private place to park.

The top is composed of 3 beds: 140/90/90, a bathroom with shower cabin, separate toilet, living room with TV and office area.
