Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. (No kitchenette) but electric hotplates and gas BBQ available with pots, pans, plates... Hikes from the house, games (boules, table tennis, badminton) and bike rental.

Fridge, microwave available. Dining area in a large greenhouse, overlooking nature. Rest and change of scenery.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

A wonderful place to relax, to enjoy the space and the beautiful nature of Burgundy. The beautifully renovated gîte is located on a plot of more than two hectares with grassland, trees and has a beautiful view. Extremely suitable for nature lovers, hikers or cyclists, but also motorcyclists can enjoy to their heart's content here. Close to the regional park de Morvan with its lakes, woods, castles and beautiful views.

Cozy cottage by the water

Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Cette maison a été entièrement refaite en pierre de taille. Elle se trouve à Civry sur Serein(classé dans les plus beaux villages de bourgogne). La cuisine est équipée d'une magnifique cuisinière de "chef". II y a plein de sites exceptionnels à proximité comme Vézelay, Chablis ou Noyers. Si vous aimez l'authentique, la gastronomie et la tranquillité cette maison est pour vous.

Small pleasant house with great views and large terrace in small Bourguignon village, 30 minutes from Vézelay and 45 minutes from Nevers. Relaxing setting, many walking paths. Shops 2 km away. Note that the accommodation is located upstairs and does not have land but has a pleasant and spacious terrace.
