This condo has really good location And very cool swimming pool view The kitchen equipment is insufficient to cook , the owner offers you to bring whatever you lack but I could not bother , since it is too many things lacking if you want to cook. Probably it is just me This condo in total had a very good price - quality ratio

Staying in J Tower II apartments was the most memorable stay in Phnom Penh, we liked all amenities: sky pool, game room and lobby floor. The apartment itself was modern, the TV was wide screen. The host was communicative and responsive.

Photos reflect reality. Nice clean room, everything is new, in good condition. There are transparent curtains, so you can close yourself off from the windows of the building opposite. The room is very small, there is no place to even open a suitcase, but it is suitable for 1 person. You can buy water at the reception, 20 liters for $ 4 - this is very good.

Mr. Lee is a wonderful host; very friendly. we had booked this studio but he upgraded us to a one bedroom flat. things that stood out for me include: 1- although cockroaches are common in Phnom Penh, we could not see even one in the flat. 2- the bedroom was super clean and comfy 3- kitchen was really clean and all the needed utensils were there 3- the building is located in China Town which is vibrant and colorful, also withing a walking distance to Aeon Mall and the Rover side. 4- it is very spacious and modern with good AC and TV 5- two pools in the building which are very nice and clean In general, I'd highly recommend any places managed by Mr. Lee.

Great host. Great room. This is the best condo I've been staying in Phnom Phenh. everything is perfect. very smooth communication and quick response. Fully equipped room with kitchen facility, shower, laundry machine, pocket WIFI, iron, air conditionin. Very new room. I love the beddings especially. it's soft enough for a very good sleep. It's beyond the price. You can't find a better place by a lower price than here. Best wishes to Lisa & Sovannara. I will 100% definitely stay again here in this room.

The apartment was spacious, easily accessible and very affordable. The host was exceptionally responsive and resolved any issues that occurred quickly and efficiently. When I return to Phnom Penh, I wouldn’t hesitate staying at the apartment again.

نشكر كان انسان ودود ومتعاون لبعد الحدود كلما طلبنا شي منه تم توفيره بسرعه طلبنا ادواة النظافه مثل البروش الأرضي وتم توفيرها بأسرع وقت وكذالك وعاء للطبخ تم توفيره عندما طلبنه منه كان سريع الاستجابه الشقه في نفس الموقع الشقة كما في الصوره انسان ممتاز وخلوق

We enjoyed our stay in Tom's place. In fact we extended out stay twice! Tom was quick to respond to any questions we had and even brought over an extra pan so we could cook. The apartment is very nice with a great view and very comfortable bed and couch. The pool is definitely is the best I have seen in Phnom Penh. The area around the apartment is still developing. The mall below the apartment has many empty shops, but I am sure that will change soon. There are Chinese restaurants and a small grocery store across the street. Aeon mall is a 1 minute tuk tuk ride away, and the other popular areas of the city can be reached in a matter of minutes. I would definitely stay here again!

Dieser Ort ist atemberaubend und sensationell gelegen. Auch wenn wir normalerweise das authentische Leben und Wohnen bevorzugen, ist dies eine interessante Alternative und Unterkunft. Alles sicher und sauber, der Pool und das Fitnessstudio in der 55. Etage eine Highlight und großartig. Über dem Mekong und dem anlaufenden Tonle Sup River sowie die Skyline der Stadt. Kurz uns wunderbar, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatte eine tolle Zeit🤗🙏🧘🏽‍♂️

The place is great and in a prime location.

I’ve been using Airbnb for 10 years with over 70 bookings in various countries, and I can confidently say that David’s hospitality is bar none. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. David was extremely responsive and the check-in process was quick and easy. His staff is incredibly polite and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The unit itself was spacious, spotless, and equipped with brand new appliances. The shower had excellent water pressure, which is always a bonus. There was so much more to appreciate, but those little details made a big difference. If you’re planning a stay in Phnom Penh, look no further than David. You won’t be disappointed!

The owner is very friendly and nice.

We had a great stay with Lee and his associate Sun. Initially, there was a problem with the studio unit we had reserved. We were immediately taken across the street to a different unit located at (The Bridge Residence ) that we had to stay one night in. It wasn't as nice as the one I booked and the Television was also broken. I was grateful Sun had an alternative, but I was upset at the time. He promised he would make it right the next day, and indeed he did deliver and upgraded us to a one bedroom not pictured here in this posting ( but in the same building “Peak”) The one Bedroom was expansive and located on the 25th floor. Overall we really enjoyed stay. Sun was extremely helpful and responsive. Lee the owner was extremely professional as well. We would definitely stay again. We however can not provide a review of the unit in this posting. Thanks again Sun for everything!! 🙂

A very nice apartment to stay at in Phnom Penh. It’s close to attractions while being private and away from the hustle and bustle. Clean and comfortable too!

J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois dans des appartements gérés par Lee et j'en ai toujours été satisfait. La communication est toujours simple et le logement a parfaitement répondu à mes attentes. Merci encore pour l'accueil sans faille.

Amazing place for families ! We really enjoyed our stay in Lee’s apartment. Great kitchen, everything was nice and clean. Also it was great to have 2 swimming pools in the building ! The apartment is close to the riverside and close to Aeon Mall, so easy to quickly go grab something. And the cherry on top was the incredible view of the city. Would definitely recommend it.

le logement est idéalement situé et possède une vue incroyable sur la ville et le Mékong. l'accès à la piscine au sommet de l'immeuble est un vrai plus. enfin mention spéciale pour le personnel qui est très attentionné et qui a un véritable sens du service.
