Ce moulin du 18ème a été réhabilité en maison de 180m2 avec une capacité de 8 personnes. Le bien est composé d'une cuisine, d'un atelier avec billard, une terrasse, séjour, salon, 4 chambres dont une chambre avec douche et une salle de bain. Le jardin est composé d'îles reliés par des ponts. Durant votre séjour, vous aurez l'occasion de pratiquer la pêche, la baignade, le canoë, le ping pong.... Je tiens à préciser qu'il s'agit d'un moulin construit sur un bief dans un milieu naturel préservé.

Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

You'll love my place because of its view of the vineyards from which the medieval village emerges. Treat yourself to a tasting tour of Roylland Castle. Completely renovated, Roylland Castle's harvesters' house has two bedrooms, including a master suite, and a terrace with garden and barbecue, perfect for the Bordeaux entrecôte.
