Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Chaitén

The guest house was ideal for our group of two families with kids. Each family had its own wing of the house, and we shared the large kitchen/dining area and living room . The views from the dining room and living room had cozy bay windows with views of the river. One water heater did not work properly, but with 5 bathrooms we were always able to find a shower that worked. The house was heated by two wood stoves, and the host provided the wood. The host was amazingly responsive and accommodating. We were there over Easter, and she hid chocolate bunnies and eggs in the nicely landscaped yard for the kids to find. She fluently speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Highly recommend.

Excellent accommodation in a stunning location. High-quality amenities, a comfortable king-size bed from which you wake up to a sunrise over the mountains. An evening soak under the stars in the hot tub is an unforgettable experience. The hosts and their team are wonderful, helpful, and communicative. Highly recommended. The nearby town of Futaleufú is a charming tourist hub with restaurants, shops, and cafés.

Very nice cabins with a rustic style and they are very well located, they are at the entrance of the Pumalin park, in the yellow sector. The owners are very friendly and were always attentive to light the fire and supply us with firewood. 100% recommended

Beautiful cabin in an amazing place! The house is very comfortable, the kitchen is very warm and well-equipped, all set with a very country style but with modern amenities. The house is surrounded by beautiful pehuenes and pines, with a very nice park and the "back" is an impressive ranch, with a sandy beach to the river that can be reached on foot or by vehicle. The icing on the cake is touring the rest of the ranch, including some small enclosures with beautiful views, farm animals and some friendly and well-trained dogs that are very good company. Great strategic point to visit the park and Cholila, but we stayed more than one day just enjoying the stay. Very grateful to Lupe, Tito and Carlos for their kindness, they made us feel right at home.

Excellent place! Very friendly and kind throughout our stay. Excellent place to enjoy and rest at home. Totally recommended for everyone who visits Chaiten and around! Easy access cabin wonderful place!

Very good house, excellent service.

Martin was a very good host was always attentive , the cabin had an excellent view , there was a wood heater that helped a lot to keep the place warm we enjoyed it very much! It was a very good stay with all the comforts it indicates , it would come back without a doubt, it is very accessible to arrive since the bus leaves you outside the cabin.

The place is very beautiful and the view over the lake Yelcho is amazing. The welcome of Maria Ariela was very warm, helpful and friendly. The cabin is comfortable and of a good size. The area is very quiet, perfect for winding down. There is also the possibility to get meals and bread which we can absolutely recommend. The meal that we had for lunch was great. We totally recommend this place and we would love to come back some day.

Comfortable beds. Well built cabana with a good wood burning stove and nice views on the Carretera Austral. Very convenient location on the road. Brilliant communication and help from Susana. They really took care with us as guests as there was a big storm and the cabana held up to the pounding rain and storm in a most secure way .
