If you're looking to get some peace and quiet, this is the place. Gorgeous views from a cozy cabin. I really appreciated that everything was so well stocked. The bathroom and the kitchen had everything you would need, even if you forgot a toothbrush! The hosts were amazing, Jodi's husband even took my kids and husband for a brief tour of their 1200 acre ranch. Lovely place and very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed in Dockhouse at lake Rivendell, it is exactly as described in the listing provided. Our stay was excellent, we highly recommend having the experience of staying here. Dave-Linda and the caretaker take amazing care of the property and the people who come here.

We had a great weekend getaway at the Hammock Hut! We took advantage of all the amenities—the hot tub, sauna, and nature trails. It was a perfect weekend for us and the pups and we can’t wait to go back!

Outside Design did a great job with this property! It’s in an incredible area, the views are amazing, and the cabins and spa are so unique! The hot tub, cold plunge and sauna are such a great experience and you feel very in tune with nature at the cabins. The record player and speakers were a great touch at the cabin! We loved our experience and can’t wait to go back. The bath house was very clean and the market to grab snacks and drinks was a great bonus

Well, our review will be a lot like the others. We just had an incredible couple nights at the chalet. Beautiful serene location, and the amenities in the cabin are perfect. All in all a well-thought-out property, lodging, and overall experience. Will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at outside design. We took a beautiful hike in the national forest that backs up right to the property . So beautiful and peaceful.

The design, the comfort, the scenery-every detail is so well thought out. It's the perfect mix of rugged nature and elevated luxury. From sipping coffee while watching the sunrise to winding down in the sauna under a sky full of stars, every moment felt intentional and peaceful. The setup is incredibly cozy, stylish, and private-far from your average "camping" experience. If you're looking for a reset in nature without sacrificing comfort, this is it.

Came here for my birthday and had an AWESOME stay! Check-In process is super simple and we were even able to pay an extra fee for an early check in - which was much appreciated! Airbnb looked exactly as pictured - honestly even better in person. Loved all the small touches! Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I loved having the local recommendations/guidebook. We tried a handful of the hosts recommendations and they did NOT disappoint. The amenities on the property (hot tub, sauna, bath house) were GREAT and truly made our stay. We enjoyed spending time in downtown Salida for food/coffee… but aside from that we didn’t want to leave our place we loved it so much! Had such a great time we plan on coming back to check out one of the other Airbnb’s on the property. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I chose The Forest Frame to celebrate our anniversary and we couldn't have chosen a better place! It's a charming, romantic and relaxed cabin. We appreciated all the instructions and recommendations we received from Ben, as they made our stay easy and fun. My only complain is regarding the blankets on both beds, which were covered with dog hair and impossible to use. But the duvet and sheets were very clean, so we were able to sleep well. I recommend this place for anyone looking for some peace and quiet, and interested in outdoor activities!

Our family is happy we picked this place for our 1-week vacation! Perfect location to have rest and activities of any kind to do! Everything is located within 10-40 minutes reach!

The place was comfortable and fulfilled all our needs. Bill was super attentive and responsive -- he even delivered another blow dryer when I couldn't get the existing one to work (my fault, I didn't reset its power button correctly) and got it to me fast! The front porch was nice for morning coffee (which was supplied and very tasty! ), with a great view of the mountains. Everything was clean and just as described in the listing. Great breakfast place nearby within walking distance. Neighborhood was quiet for sleeping and relaxing.

Loved staying at this tiny house! The view of the mountains is beautiful in the morning when you wake up with a nice set up outside to enjoy it. The house itself is exactly as described with a bathroom/shower included so you do not have to use the public space. Overall, loved staying here!!

Really enjoyed our stay! William was terrific and very responsive. Little Wren was cute and comfortable.
