n the heart of the Loire Valley, along the Thouet River: a 700 square foot converted barn (newly renovated) with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The house is ideally-situated in the heart of the Anjou wine region, a few miles from Saumur (well-known for it's castle and the French National Horse-Riding School, ''Le Cadre Noir'', wine growers, and troglodytes sites). Also nearby: important castles in Angers, Chinon, Montreuil-Bellay, Brézé, as well as Europe's largest monastic center, the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, which features an excellent music and cultural program. Other worthwhile day trips include the exquisite Loire Valley castles, such as: Chambord, Blois, Cheverny, Azay le Rideau, etc. The house, which is about 187 miles from Paris (300 km), or about 2 hours by TGV, can accomodate two couples with children (sleeps six altogether). The appartement includes : an entrance hall, a large sitting and dining room with a small equiped kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a small bedroom on a mezzanine level.

The fully renovated house is located at the edge of Saumur, in the municipality of Varrains, 5 minutes from the center. Equipped kitchen open to the dining room, terrace accessible from the living/dining room. You will find a bedroom with a 160 cm bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. On the lower floor, a bedroom with 160 cm bed, a living room, a laundry room. Garden under development.

Located in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, 3 km from the historic city of Montreuil Bellay, You can meet there with family or friends to discover the tourist riches of our region (Doué Zoo, Fontevraud, Saumur, vineyards, center park...)

Langlois Vineyard House

Located close to Saumur and in the heart of our vineyard, our house offers you a unique break to enjoy the surrounding nature and discover our Langlois bubbles. A stone's throw from the accommodation, we will welcome you to our shop for a guided tour and a tasting of our Crémants de Loire and our wines. A bike deposit is also available (€10 per day). Saumur city center is a 5-minute drive from the property.
