Holiday rentals with a pool in Chacarita

Patricia’s home is beautiful and nicely located. The outdoor patio, pool, and grill area were exceptional. This was a perfect place for our family gathering with four adults and two children. We appreciated having access for laundry and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Thank you, Patricia and Gabriela!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Adrián’s house in Buenos Aires! The house is beautiful and has so much charm. Very spacious for gathering and hanging out with friends. The terrace upstairs was a perfect place to relax and take in the wonderful atmosphere. Adrián was very helpful and resourceful for us as this was our first time in Buenos Aires. Whatever recommendation you’re looking for, he is knowledgeable! Be sure to ask about his friend available to provide private city tours. This part was definitely a highlight of our trip. Also, ask about the best dining experience you’ll ever have! To end our trip, we had a local visit with Adrián to a restaurant where we tried local dishes and drinks. The perfect ending to complete our journey as he again hosted us as if we were longtime friends! Great person and incredible Airbnb. Do not miss out!

This house exceeds expectations. Having a pool right in the middle of the incredible Palmermo neighborhood felt too good to be true. The house is enormous and filled with hang-out spaces inside and out. Six colleagues stayed in private rooms comfortably for a week, and had group meetings in the various rooms. Sherrine was chill and super-helpful.

Unfortunately, there are not 20 stars to rate this place. It was magical, amazing, huge, wonderful, clean, etc. etc. We were 6 adults and we absolutely LOVED this place. It was everything we hoped for and more. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were well designed and had room for our toiletries, the kitchens(s) were well stocked and the living areas were huge. The ground floor had an enormous family room with a bar and kitchen and laundry. The next level held the master suite. The third level had another spacious living area with a stereo system and two more bedroom suites, and the top level had yet another kitchen and outdoor living area with a pool. I've never been to such a luxurious Airbnb. If you're going to Buenos Aries, this is the place to stay! The only drawback (not fur us) would be the steps. We had no problem at all but if you're elderly or otherwise impaired and can't walk up steps, this is not for you. It was also very secure with a double gate and entry

My kind of Airbnb and where Airbnb started - a real home of real, lovely people. If you want an agent-managed IKEAAirbnb apartment look elsewhere. Alejandra and Federico's family home (they have now moved out of Buenos Aries) is a really nice, very quiet, spacious house, in a great location, convenient for bus/metro and airport transport and with lots of light and architectural features (we loved the stained glass). The outside cooking area and pool were an added bonus. The home is certainly lived in which adds to the charm! The response to our questions and minor issues during the stay was great. If you visit BA, stay here.

Nice place to stay, in a quiet area of Buenos Aires, great variety of restaurants in the vicinity and the neighborhood offers a large number of activities both during the day or at night, the depto 10/10 spotless, care and neat, easy access.

Very comfortable the apartment and well-located . Excellent view and the building has good amenities such as the gym and pool . Highly recommended, good value for money!

The apartment is very well located, 15 minutes walk from most bars and restaurants we went to. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. Although check-out was a little early (10 am), we were allowed to leave our bags until 1:00 pm. We had an issue with the fire alarm going off for no clear reason. I communicated with management and they responded to me and resolved the issue very quickly. Overall the communication was very smooth. We recommend it.

The apartment is impeccable, with 24-hour security and in a very quiet neighborhood with good restaurants. 100% cleanliness

The contact and arrangements with Valeria were super friendly, quick and easy. We felt very comfortable in their apartment - if it had been a little warmer, we would certainly have used the pool as well. 😊 The washing machines on the 15th floor can easily be used after purchasing coins (in the adjacent kiosk). A tip: getting up early is worth it, then everyone is still free. We have a small point of criticism, for which Valeria can do absolutely nothing. In an apartment next door, a resident has some dogs, which bark extremely loudly several times a day (even in the middle of the night) before the walk and upon return. This has torn us out of sleep a few times. Otherwise, everything was lovingly prepared and we felt extremely comfortable. We would definitely come back!!

Patricia is a genius, she is the host that I always wanted to have, very attentive at all times and quick to respond. The apt is beautiful with an amazing view, I'll be back!
