Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cha-am District

Juan has an amazing place! I stayed here for a month and loved it! It’s great for families, couples and even solo travelers. Juan was very helpful as a host and was honest about everything! Quick to adapt and help out in any problem that I had! Again it’s an amazing place and Juan is a great host who deserves more customers his way.

One of the best stays we have ever had at an Airbnb. The house is very large with high ceilings, amazing air conditioning in every room and two in the main living area. The pool is incredible with a super fun slide that the kids loved. There is parking with a sliding gate and large tvs in each room with Netflix etc There is no oven but a mini hob and a microwave and you can always use the grab app for food. A Seven Eleven is close by. Lastly the neighbouring people are lovely and helped us out when the battery on our car died. Belt the owner was so helpful and kind with regular cleaning of the house, she even helped with deliveries to the property. The house is about 30 mins from Hua Hin and Cha am is closer but not as vibrant. We loved staying here and again Belt the owner is great!

Pranom & Helmut are very good and dear hosts. The place was as described, as shown in the photos. The unit is very large with only four bungalows. A lot of turnaround that is maintained. Unfortunately, in our time, the noise from the nearby temple /event stage was very high. However, the resort owners can't do anything about it, as this is an issue with the competent authorities who approve it (if at all). The house is very clean. It smells great. Every bedroom is very comfortable. But it's a good idea to add care to the pool. There will be some areas where sharp tiles cut the legs, and the departure time should be flexible for 30 minutes or no more than an hour. Because the staff will charge if you exceed the time of your stay, because the stay does not arrive at 2pm. Enter 4pm to allow time for storage. Please have a time that can be a little flexible.

Had an amazing stay here over Christmas & New year. Everything was fantastic Would absolutely recommend this place Host was always very responsive. Would recommend highly and are already thinking about returning

The house looks exactly like what advertised. Very clean, convenient. Really fun with the pool only real recommendations is another couch or more seating in lounge room for bigger groups other then that the stay was fantastic.

The place is clean. Spacious. The main swimming pool is about 500 meters walk to the sea.

This was our first trip to Thailand and Dirk's place did not disappoint. The photos did not do this property any justice. It is far more exceptional than pictures or words can explain. I would like to send the biggest THANKS to Suzie and Lily. They were exceptional hosts. The dining was better than any 5 star establishment. We ate the best and varied Thai food. We are currently making arrangements to return. The experience was like taking a piece of paradise out of a book, but being a part of the story. Once again my family and I Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such pleasure.

I felt like home. Extremely clean place, fully equipped kitchen. The complex is quiet and suitable for families with children. We stayed in this house for a month. We will definitely come back!

The place is exactly as in the pictures. Very spacious both inside and outside. Extremely comfortable to stay with multiple rooms. There's a maid on standby to help us on anything that we need help on. Great for vacation getaway with friends or family!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Hua Hin. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed perfect for relaxing. The private pool and garden area offer a great level of privacy, and the villa is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host and villa manager was smooth, and they were always available when needed. Highly recommended!

This villa in Hua Hin is a great place for lovely lazy day by the pool or for a swim in the ocean. We were 2 families with a total of 9 people and the space and the staff was great. We had great breakfast served by the staff every morning. We also had them making dinner and lunches 2-3 times, which also was perfect. The Boat House area has a great gym and 10 min walk to a small food store. 20 min by taxi/car to Hua Hin downtown. We had a great time and would recommend it or return again.

This is an awesome house, plenty of space for people to sleep, kids loved the pool and watching movies in the living room. House is 5 minutes drive from the beach so really convenient. There is a delivery service for things you need, food, drink etc. We are looking at buying a place in the same development!
