A small house in the heart of the Park

Our house is located in the countryside, quiet, near Nocé and 1h45 from Paris. Come and relax! We are 1 hour 45 minutes from the Normandy beaches and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Loire Valley castles. This is our second home (not a year-round house). It therefore contains some of our memories, but we are happy to share it! You will come across two little cats that were rescued in August 2021. Very sweet with the children, autonomous thanks to the flap. Allergic to cats, abstain 😉

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
