Our Villa is located in the village of Przice above Kotor and offers 8 apartments. This comfortable 75m² one bedroom apartment is brand new and modern, spacious and sunny with amazing sea and mountain views, as well as a private jacuzzi on the terrace. The apartment is located on the roof top of the villa. The apartment is an ideal accommodation for couples, family or friends looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet rustic area, but at the same time only a ten-minute drive to the Old Town of Kotor. The apartment offers a beautiful view of our bay.
