FINCA ESCALANTE is a duplex house where we try to merge the beauty of its façade and romantic-style colors with a modern and functional interior. The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. The 2nd is made up of an open office, a bedroom with a bathroom and balcony and the main one with a dressing room, bathroom and terrace. Wi-Fi, TV in all rooms.

Close to the iconic Lagares de Vigo promenade and is on the Camino de Santiago route. You can take quiet walks in nature, where there is also a dog park by the river. It is a 10-minute walk from the Plaza de España and the Cc Gran Vía. Bus Line 18 that leads directly to the center of Vigo.
