We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

On the ground floor of the cottage there is a kitchen, bathroom and living room with dining area. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. Near the cottage there is a marked place for a bonfire, a playground for children and a jacuzzi at no extra charge. About 300 m from the property there is a pond where you can fish. The cottage is located in the village of Valteřice near Výprachtice in the Orlické Mountains. The accommodation is suitable for 4 to 6 people, there are 2 bedrooms in the cottage. The cottage is situated in a quiet natural area, right next to the cottage is a stream and a forest. It is ideal for visitors looking for an escape from busy city life. The signal of mobile operators is limited here (only O2 is available). The driveway is natural, rocky, we recommend driving slowly.

We created the Salonik apartment with the idea of a cozy space for people who are eager to relax close to nature, who love independence, silence and the warmth of a living fire. Designed for 2 to 5 people, Salonik is just as good for a romantic chillout for two as well as for a family trip out of town. The Salonik apartment with an independent entrance from the outside is a space of approx. 45 m2 of an adapted attic in an old, Sudeten barn.

Chalet Tré

Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in the private outdoor panoramic wood-fired sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating by fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.
