We have a comfortable, pleasant, spacious accommodation with a beautiful patio, quincho and swimming pool. Through the new southern waterfront, Asunción's historic center is 15 minutes away.

Our apartment is the closest to the city's most important shopping center, Shopping Mariscal, just 100 meters away. The area is very safe, banks, exchange houses, the best restaurants and many gastronomic options just minutes walk away. It has dry breakfast (tea infusions, coffee, etc.). Gym, coworking, 24-hour security, security cameras in common areas, terrace with pool, air-conditioned barbecue with grill, Wi-Fi internet. This unit does not have parking.
