Cottage with an area of 102 m2 in terraced buildings (4 houses). There will be three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with kitchenette and fireplace, and a terrace and garden. The beach with a platform for the exclusive use of the inhabitants of the settlement and guests is located approx. 90 m from the door of the cottage.
