🌿 In the heart of the Pyrenees Ariégeoises, this renovated old barn is a haven of peace for a couple (with children) Facing south, it offers unobstructed views of the Pyrenees, from Mont-Valier to Pic du Midi. Its living room with full kitchen opens to nature, while the master suite upstairs features a panoramic terrace. Mitoyen but independent, this cottage is ideal for hiking, fishing, skiing, mountain biking and relaxing in the heart of nature. Charm and disconnection guaranteed 🌄

Reflection of Well-Being

The accommodation is quiet in an entirely wooden style, inside and outside. It is equipped with a 35m2 room with kitchen, shower, and toilet. And on the mezzanine, via the staircase, there are 2 separate beds with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. The maximum height is 1.8m. Outside there is a garden with a terrace of 10m2, where you can eat, drink and rest. In the courtyard closed, you can park your vehicle in front of the front door. Electrical vehicle charge is forbidden.

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

For shopping: shops 10 minutes by car and markets including Saint-Girons.

Un très beau gîte de charme, rénover avec beaucoup de cœur et de goût. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to contact me before making or confirming a reservation. Regarding access, the house is at the end of a 7 km track. The first 5 km are suitable for vehicles, and the last 2 km are not suitable for vehicles. So you'll have to walk the last 2 km, about 40 minutes. Guests can park their car safely in a clearing.
