Holiday rentals with a pool in Cepilho beach

The house is simply sensational! Very comfortable, well equipped and perfect for resting with the family. The view is wonderful, the ones that we miss just looking at the photos later. The beach is very close, with easy access, and the best: it was empty and super pleasant, ideal for going with children in all tranquility. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout the stay, made us feel right at home. I would definitely come back more often and I recommend with my eyes closed!

Beautiful, secluded spot with stunning views. The home is clean, modern, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. It’s about a 10–15 min drive from town and the road can be tricky, so a rental car is a must - but totally worth it for the peace and scenery! Paula was also a great host and extremely communicative. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

The house is beautiful and has a smart architecture, providing spaces for both conviviality and rest - not to mention that it is very close to the beach. The kitchen is complete with several utensils and appliances, which was very welcome to our group that had children. Erika was very kind and proactive throughout our stay. Our stay at Tiê house was amazing! The house is beautiful, new and super charming! It had everything we needed and the description of the listing was faithful to what we found there! Full of whimsical details and impeccable cleanliness. The place in the middle of the forest is unique! Super quiet for rest days. Mateus was helpful and proactive at the reception. We will definitely come back and recommend the stay!!!

great house! is very worth a lot. I only recommend that you use a car because it is more comfortable to get out of the house and go to the beaches, to the center etc. but this is normal in Paraty itself. Uber may be difficult to achieve and even quite expensive eventually. but the house is perfect

The house is perfect! It is very complete, it has everything, it is well located in the condominium, with easy access to the highway! The house's garden is beautiful and integrated with nature, this place is peaceful! Suzana gave several tips and was always helpful! I will definitely come back with my family, it was a wonderful time!

Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with gym, sauna, rooftop pool with a gorgeous look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

We really like the chalet, it's beautiful. It's complete, the hostess is very attentive, the view from the chalet to the pool is beautiful. My family and I love staying at the cottage, it was really worth it, the price is very good.🙏🏽🙌🏽🥰😍🌅

Loved the apartment - the view is beautiful. The apt is even better than showing in the pictures, extremely clean and with everything you need, and the sunrise views are incredible. There are lots of cats in the complex that would come around and stay with you if you let them, absolutely LOVED it. Would come back! 🥰

Imagine a tranquil, beautiful, calm and perfect place to rest and, even better, it is very close to the historic center, beaches, walks, shops, supermarkets and various businesses...: the Condominium is all that!!! We spent special days, to the sound of birds, visits from monkeys and overlooking a lake, pool and garden, which provided us with incredible and special moments, full of peace and tranquility!!! Alain is very helpful and flexible, the house is equipped and organized with all the utensils we need for a good stay.
