Relax in this quiet, centrally located space. You will have a small kitchenette, however equipped with everything: oven, oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer, gas burners, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer. On the ground floor there is a sofa bed and TV, bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with wardrobes and chest of drawers, TV. In both rooms there are blade fans. The House is entirely available to Guests. Please only follow the restrictions indicated in the House Information message, sent before arrival. Thank you! Guests can always write messages to me. As far as incoming calls are concerned, I do not guarantee that I will always be able to answer immediately as I work as a reception and surveillance officer in Museums. But it will be my concern if I am unable to respond immediately regarding work to call back as soon as possible. Please take note that The washing machine is currently NOT available for use even if physically present inside the bathroom.

Moto-apartment

The apartment is designed for a wide clientele. Especially for motorcycling enthusiasts who like to take advantage of the proximity of motorcycle tracks such as Circuito del Persico (7km), Pista minimoto San Mauro Mare (75km), Imola (39km), X bikes circuit Ferrara (21km), Pista Lugo Motocross (25km). There is a professional golf club nearby. Possibility of servicing your motorcycle and assistance in processing the documents needed to enter the mentioned tracks. Also suitable for families with children, or just overnight stays.

Torre di Longara: comfort and relaxation just outside the city

Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. Annex with independent access where you can regenerate in the tranquility of nature. It is located in Garofolo, a small village in the municipality of Canaro in the province of Rovigo, 15 minutes from Ferrara and 15 minutes from Rovigo, next to the SS16 road. The painter Benvenuto Tisi (1481-1559) was born here. On site you can find the museum in his birthplace. The village borders the Po River, which is why a cycling and pedestrian route has been created for nature and fishing lovers.

Country house entirely available for you and there will be not other guests presents. There is a private area of 2000 m2, completely fenced and also equipped to welcome your animal friends (see list of facilities for welcoming animals).
