The construction is new, as well as the furniture inside. the apartment is open concept, there is only one screen that separates the bedroom area with the living room, to give some privacy. There is a sofa bed, double size, in the living room. The apartment has large windows that provide excellent lighting and has a nice terrace, surrounded by plants.
