Rommel was an absolutely wonderful host! He was very accommodating and responsive, and treated us with great hospitality. The place itself was great, super close to Parque La Plancha and just 10 minutes away from Centro. We enjoyed our stay and felt home! WiFi and A/C was a huge plus as well. Thank you Rommel for having us! We will be returning to Merida soon!

Gianna and Brian's place was an amazing oasis for me in Merida for 10+ days. It is a very modern smart apartment with everything connected with smart buttons or Alexa controlled. It has everything from an instant pot to a robot vacuum for people to feel right at home. The WiFi is very fast and there are enough places in the apartment to work from. The bed is extremely comfortable. The neighbors are extremely friendly and were very happy to share a meal with me. The public transit to centro is a very easy 10-15 min bus ride from near the Airbnb and it is well marked on Google Maps. A big Plaza (Plaza Oriente) is about a 10 min walk where there are numerous grocery stores, banks, mobile shops etc. All in all, it was a great stay at Brian and Gianna's apartment, and I can't wait to return again in the winter.

Excellent option to stay in Mérida: comfortable, clean, central, very quiet, good wifi, well-equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed, 24-hour hot water, good wifi, bright and the hosts are lovely and very attentive. We will definitely repeat when we return to Mérida. Highly recommended!

Excellent location if you are only looking for a place to rest, there is an Oxxo and several shops nearby, even a pharmacy within walking distance. Despite being located on an avenue, it is extremely quiet.

100% recommended. The stay was extremely quiet, the area is very quiet, almost no cars pass by at night. The air conditioning works perfectly, which was a great help because we visited Merida in the hottest season of the year. They left us a full jug, which is very much appreciated They responded super fast, always attentive and with recommendations In general, everything was super, super good and according to what was published!

The best AirBnB experience: friendly, available host; on-point restoration of an expansive, mid-century classic residence; fully equipped kitchen; comfortable bed; close to centro histórico yet outside the of congestion and noise of the centro; 2 blocks from wonderful Parque de las Americas and nightly antojitos/street food gatherings, biblioteca, parish church, etc.; nearby cafes, lavandería, tiendas, farmacia; 15 min drive to airport. And, two dogs and two cats to greet you in the garden, by the beautiful pool, in the private tropical jardín. Wonderful stay and looking forward to return.

Omar was a responsive host. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The location was great and clean. Plenty of towels and cutlery. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in downtown with nearby access to restaurants. One thing I’d suggest: the shower needs a sliding door or curtain to prevent water from spraying out onto the floor.

Is nice place to stay. But to get to the centre you have to walk 30 minutes. During our stay the television did not work. There's not much to see around.

A very good place to stay, clean and tidy. The entrance to the place and the drawer to park are narrow so you should be cautious since at night it is difficult to see and in my case I rented a car and it was scratched by the fence I did not see and I had to pay for the damage😭. Zaida and her husband are very attentive all the time.

Excellent airbnb. It has everything you need for long stays. Excellent host and answers all your questions. Honestly, it's been one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. If I return to Merida, I would stay here again.

The ad matches the listing, it's a very comfortable place to stay. The hosts were attentive at all times and made many local recommendations that are appreciated. The street outside is quite busy, however I had no problems with parking.

I really recommend staying at Carlos' house. He is incredibly welcoming and takes very good care of his guests. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. We will return when we are back in merida!

It was one of the nicest air bnb’s I’ve stayed in. Perfect for 2. Ideal quiet location and worth every penny. The check in to get the keys was super easy. The bed was very comfortable, facilities In perfect condition. Whatever you needed was there (pots, pans etc…) jacuzzi super easy to use just follow the instructions Maria leaves. The water fills up cool but as the area is hot it’s just what you need. All around perfect and contacting maria with any questions was no hassle at all and she had fast responses. Would 100% recommend. Looking forward to hopefully staying again in the future
