The very attentive hosts from check-in to check-out, the apartment had everything we needed, we found it very clean, only in this hot season the fans are insufficient since the apartment keeps a lot of heat. Everything was excellent.

The apartment is very nice and completely clean, the bed is very comfortable, the terrace is beautiful, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom very clean, equipped and the shower very relaxing. The location is perfect for walking or trying food and/or drinks or going out for fun at night. Ana and Pablo always answered my doubts and were very helpful at all times, I completely loved my stay at Casa Ann and I highly recommend it!!

We cannot say enough good things about staying at Luis’s apartment. My boyfriend and I arrived on the afternoon of Good Friday, April 18. Luis met us at the apartment and assisted us upstairs with our luggage. He was warm, welcoming and attentive. Given the location of the apartment on Morelia’s main avenue, we were able to have a bird’s eye view from our balcony to see the solemn Good Friday procession during the evening hours. It was a thrill to experience this event for Easter. The apartment was centrally located. It was a modern, handsome establishment. We appreciated our 3 night stay very much. Thank you, Luis!

An incredibly friendly and attentive host

Very nice and comfortable house. With nice decor and amenities that made us feel right at home. We were a group of 7 people (with 3 children) and the distribution was perfect. The location of the house is in a quiet area, but with easy access to main avenues to get anywhere in Morelia. In particular, the Altozano area is a few minutes away by vehicle. We had a very pleasant experience at Beto and Nena's house, we highly recommend the place. Thank you!!

The house is a very cozy place, located in a good area. In addition to spacious, it was in very good condition, super livable. The deal with the owner was a 10/10, always attentive and ready to answer our questions and conflicts. Unfortunately, it is a little removed from shops or squares, although walking approx 10 min. you reach the main avenue. Everything in perfect condition!

Brand New Luxury Apartments in a clean, private and safe location, the view is priceless and well worth the stay. Felt like home, location is prime, walking distance to Fuentes Street which has many family-owned restaurants including best menudo in town, bakeries, coffee shops, pharmacy, barber, and also the location is less than a kilometer from Costco, Mega, Walmart, Starbucks, Movie theater, malls/shops, Zoo, overall, a great experience, I highly recommend, pricy but worth it, I will be booking again soon.
