The facilities were new of first quality, excellent cleanliness and order of the apartment, it has an excellent location and the owner communicates at all times and has great availability, an excellent place to rest and have a good time with the family.

We found the place very good, the area felt a bit unsafe but maybe it was just our perception, everything else amazing. Braulio is very attentive in everything we needed and very kind. We would most certainly stay there again.

A super central location, as it is a couple of blocks from the center of Morelia. Communication with Yara from the reservation until prior to arrival was very clear and instructions easy to understand. The Virrey apartment is exactly the same as the photographs. Clean, tidy, and smelling super rich. Access to the apartment is super safe as you pass through 2 security doors before arriving at the 3rd door that corresponds to the apartment. I would definitely stay there again and even in the one in front of the department of Virrey. ¡Thank you Yara!

The only thing that has changed a little (for other reasons of course) is the view, because they are building more apartments :( but nothing that modifies in itself the place we arrived at. My stay was to go to the enes and yes it is very close, but as the entrance to the university is on the other side rock walk (approx. 25 min to intermediate step or 35 with calmita; good exercise). Anyway if you prefer not to do it at the entrance of the complex pass a bus that charges $10 and ready. That same takes you to the nearby walmart and brings you closer to the center. Nearby there is no other large shopping center, but there are shops in the fracc. that are stocked with all the basics and a little more. The depa has everything in the listing and is comfortable, complete services. The communication with Luz was excellent and his attentions too; do not hesitate to stay!

Gabriela’s apartment was a sweet place to stay, spacious and attractive. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was convenient. The location was very good for my purposes, at the end of a quiet street and convenient to many shops and restaurants.
