This is a unique and spacious apartment that’s located on the second floor of an old flat that’s an 8 minute walk away from Porto Venezia ATM train station. All that is to say, this was a cozy stay that was conveniently located in central Milan. Luca was proactive and very responsive as well! The full kitchen and in suite laundry are a plus! Note: the apartment’s main operable windows face an interior courtyard and a blank wall so it’s not a space that boasts wonderful views of the city. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.

Квартира замечательная, очень уютная, наполненная приятным ароматом. Лучше, чем на фото. Легкое заселение, за что отдельное спасибо!!!!! Доброжелательная хозяйка. Отдельно хочу отметить разные сценарии света, что очень комфортно. Маленький балкончик, с видом на парк. Красивая парадная. Все есть для приготовления еды, хорошая посуда, мягкие полотенца, приятное постельное белье, тапочки! Спасибо за комфортное пребывание! Удобная доступность, метро рядом, но и пешком до Дуомо 30 минут. Была по работе, почти 2 недели и уют и комфорт очень важен для меня вдали от дома. Еще раз огромное спасибо за все это!

Appartamento perfetto. Curato, pulito, tutto funziona e funziona benissimo! Anche la comunicazione è stata sempre velocissima e funzionale. Onestamente si può prenotare e dormire sonni tranquilli! Noi torneremo senza dubbio!

We came to Rodero with my friend, his daughter, my parents and my family living in Singapore. As we come from very busy city we were looking for quiet and relaxing place with nature around. We are very happy that we found this in Riarel Apartments. At first it looks like place far away but actually 5 min drive, there is train station that takes you anywhere around region. So in the end we have been central to all interesting locations in North of Italy or South of Switzerland. We used train for family trip to Bellinzona and it was great experience. As we had 3 small children we appreciated possibility to use kitchen and garden - kids had so much fun there. Carlo- owner of Riarel was always very helpful and was able to give us great tips what to do around Rodero. Rooms were perfectly prepared for our arrival, clean, nicely furnished, with nice view and great design. If you are looking for nice place to stay out of busy and stressful city this is perfect choice. Highly recommended !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Daniela. Avec son mari, ce sont des hôtes très accueillants, disponibles et qui aiment communiquer. Leur maison est un bon point de départ pour visiter les environs très touristiques du lac Majeur et retrouver le calme après ces journées bien remplies. Je recommande vivement !

Bei der Ankunft fanden wir eine Flasche Wasser und Nudeln als Willkommensgruß. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Badezimmer waren sehr ordentlich und es gab genügend Handtücher. Der Kühlschrank ist schön groß, damit man seine Lebensmittel und Getränke kühlen kann. Die Aussicht von dem Balkon im Obergeschoss ist super. Eine Bademöglichkeit ist nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Restaurants sind auch viele in der Umgebung. Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

We had the pleasure of staying at Cinzia’s place for one night, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was smooth and Cinzia was always responsive. She was very friendly and had already put some delicious fruits and eggs from her garden for us. The place was cozy, clean, and had almost everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the bedroom was beautiful, especially with no mist on the lake. There was a supermarket and a bar nearby if you needed anything. Since Nesso has plenty of stairs because of the topography, I suggest not going with heavy baggage or suitcases. Ponte della Civera is a must-visit if you have the time. If you don’t have a car, you can use bus C30 from Como, I suggest you check the timetable on the app and buy your tickets in advance; it can get quite crowded. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely book again.

Un soggiorno perfetto. Dall’accoglienza alla partenza. La zona è molto tranquilla e molto vicina a Bergamo alta. Abbiamo trovato il nostro posto perfetto per fuggire dal caos milanese. Piscina e idromassaggio in perfette condizioni così come la pulizia della casa.

It was a good location, not far from the central. There was everything at home we needed during the stay. The host is very responsive and helpful. I’d recommend to others as well.

Thanks a lot for an amazing experience living in Milan for a couple of days. Apartment is exactly as you can see on the pictures, clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors. Host communications was always respectful, fast and clear. Location is a bit off the center and we didn’t find anything interesting around, but it’s very well connected with public transportation.

We had a great time staying at Kevin's place. The area was safe and transport was easily accessible. The apartment was pristine and the apartment block was very modern and also felt secure. Kevin's place had everything we needed so felt like home away from home. I would highly recommend.

Siamo state molto bene, l’alloggio è super accogliente e pulito. Unico piccolo intoppo è stato nella ricerca del locker con le chiavi ma tutto sommato è andata bene. Lo consigliamo!!!

It's a very unique apartment - we felt right at home there. Beautiful balcony, comfy bed, excellent blinds (really helped us to feel well rested). Great location: close to public transportation and grocery store. Rosetta was very friendly and helpful, and the check-in was smooth. Great place to stay!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Milan dans ce logement. Le quartier est calme, le métro à 2 minutes à pied ainsi que le parking privé offre un réel atout pour visiter la ville en toute sérénité ! Silvia a été une hôte très accueillante, à l’écoute et très attentionnée, rien à redire c’était parfait !

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole! La zona è molto bella – vivace e ben collegata. Direi che è più adatta ai giovani, perché la sera può essere un po’ rumorosa, ma a noi non ha dato fastidio per niente. L’appartamento è molto spazioso e accogliente, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Anche l’arredamento è molto bello e c’era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la serratura elettronica: davvero comoda, molto meglio di una chiave il telefono si perde molto meno facilmente! Torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo!
