During your stay we offer a free animal tour of 1 hour, whereby you will visit some of our friendly animals incl bottle feeding our pet lambs (Aug-Dec), an Alpaca walk 🦙, and our friendly horses, cats, dogs and chickens 🥰

This newly refurbished home, just a short walk into the centre of Queenstown, provides the perfect spot to be close to all the action this vibrant town has to offer. Ruru Retreat has two seperate living areas. The main open plan living and dining space is lake facing with large windows maximising the panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountain Range. With a log fireplace it provides the ideal ambience to cozy up to in winter after a day spent skiing on the nearby fields.

Creagh Cottage, mountain getaway

Located on the edge of the Crown Terrace overlooking the whole Wakatipu Basin. Amazing views better than the adjacent lookout point, looking down to Arrowtown, Lake Hayes, and right through to Queenstown. Relax and enjoy our large rural property with vineyard & our wine made onsite. Glencairn is a unique and family-friendly place. It is located on a 12 acre rural lifestyle block only 15 mins from Arrowtown with stunning views of the Remarkables and Coronet Peak. The guesthouse is made up from three separate units linked with a hardwood pergola and private outdoor BBQ and dining area. Glencairn is situated perfectly between Wanaka and Queenstown allowing you to easily explore the Wakitipu basin during the day and escape to your rural sanctuary at night.

Our cabin is 20 minutes drive from the Routeburn Track.
