Wineries galore, two even just next door, multiple breweries nearby, minutes to the lake, 15 minutes to downtown Watkins Glen, 10 minutes to hiking trails at the national forest, or stay in, relax, and enjoy the view!!

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

The Mill House: An Enchanting Stream-Side Retreat

Nestled in the heart of the Catskills and just a 2.5-hour drive from NYC, escape to the perfect fall retreat where you can reconnect with nature and enjoy the serene beauty of the season. Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse is a great place for adults to feel like a kid again and to unwind in the woods or down by the water! A cozy get-away for couples, or small group get together! (The Nest is not suitable children or pets). The tree house has front and back decks. Under the treehouse is a sheltered picnic table area, propane grill, and a wood fire pit and outdoor games. Hang out by the overlook and enjoy the view or follow trail down to Fish Creek water access.

Here, you can sizzle your favorites on the grill, lounge in the Adirondack chairs on the balcony, or simply relax indoors. Come evening, gather by the firepit on the porch to watch the fireflies dance or relax in the hot tub on the back porch. It's the ideal blend of natural serenity and homely comfort. In the winter, cozy up by the woodstove in the living room and catch up on your favorite TV shows.

Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

The Willow Treehouse is settled among the trees, overlooking a small, swimmable pond, on a wooded property 15min away from the town of Woodstock. It is cozy, yet has all you need to cook dinner, enjoy reading, sit on the couch and stare outside the window, or swim.
