Beachfront holiday rental in Central Frontenac

Phyllis, & her daughter Jennifer, went above & beyond to make us, our 6yo & 12yo, and our crazy Bernedoodle feel very welcome. They seemed very happy to have us, and even offered us many of their personal things and private areas on their property to enjoy. Unique & beautiful surroundings that push you to relax, with a cozy/charming/glamping-style accommodation that makes you feel at home.

This is a beautiful spot, quite private and spacious! We loved the view from the big windows and porches! I hope we can return some time for another enjoyable vacation.

It was a great place. We walked into a clean and cozy house. Beautiful beach area right on the river. Enjoyed a good meal at the Pointe down the road. We would stay again!

Second time coming staying at Sam’s. Just as magical and peaceful as before. Can’t wait to come again next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Eliane’s place! The cottage was very comfortable, very spacious, well decorated and very clean. The place is very quiet and peaceful and has a beautiful view on the Ottawa River. We would stay there any time again.

Words cannot describe how impressed we were with Laughing Moose. The minute I walked in the front door I felt I could live here for ever. The incredible views, the spacious kitchen the stylish little pieces of decor make this place comfortable, relaxing and luxury. Janice pays attention to every little detail to ensure we had a fabulous time! From the selection of quality glasses, crockery and cooking utensils to the games and puzzles ( we completed a full jig saw puzzle between us) we had everything we could possibly need and much more. Even a thoughtful and delicious blueberry pie to welcome us !! We were visiting from Australia and planned this weekend with our two sons and families for a getaway together. It couldn’t have been more perfect and we made such fabulous memories. So much space for all 8 of us plus the 2 dogs! I can’t thank you enough for this special visit! We stayed at cabin #1 during October 11-13 weekend. We loved this place. Very clean, cute cabin, worth the price. Amy was very quick to respond. There are kayaks, canoes to use, firepit, bbq grill. We had awesome experience. I am looking forward to book it again. I highly recommend this place for with kids trip. There is beautiful playground by the beach.

Eric was super helpful. He even helped us to set fireplace. House was also very beautiful

We had a wonderful time at the Blueberry Mountain Chalet. From when we arrived to when we left, Cindy was easily reachable and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The cottage was peaceful, the views were great, and the overall ambiance was relaxed. This was the perfect place to go for a much needed break. We are definitely considering coming back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in here. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

It was a great stay and very accommodating. Kids enjoyed the pool table and foosball indoors as well as the pool and lake outside. The kitchen and view of the lake was amazing. Lots of fishing was done from the docks and petal boat and some paddling from the kayak and paddle board (we brought this).

My family had a great time at the resort. Roberto was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The home was clean and comfortable and exactly as pictured. It was. Perfect spot for kids as there is tons to do on the resort grounds and you are 15 minutes from almost all major attractions. The pool was fantastic for kids with a very large shallow end, towel service, life jackets etc. will definitely return next time we are in PEC.

We had a great time staying in Kevin’s home. He is extremely kind and helpful! We felt right at home and very comfortable. We caught a couple of fish right off his dock! Beautiful home and really beautiful scenery. We will definitely come back!!

Really a great place to be . So clean, beautiful and spacious. I’m a young guy but this place had me thinking how I will be in my 70’s chilling with my fam . Crazy man . And the bed … idk about that one. Fam I slept like a baby . Woke up full of energy . My friends asked me if i had too much coffee. It was just the bed man . Oh don’t forget to go by the water . You’ll love it . Big thanks to the host . Will be back for sure.

The cottage was great. Rustic with a lot of character and reminded me of St Lawrence and Finger Lakes vacations when I was a kid. We've stayed at a number of places on the river over the years and this was the first time upon arrival I turned to my wife and said..."Now THIS is a river cottage." It had everything you could ever want to just be at the river and enjoy yourself. Susan was a great host, gave detailed, easy, and clear instructions and was very responsive.

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the waterfront. The house is very well-equipped and also very clean. We loved our canoe and paddle board rides as well as the beautiful large glass dining room. Thanks to the hosts!!

Michal is an excellent host who responds quickly and is very accommodating. Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our time there. With pool table, foosball, hot tub, sauna and large yard, there was lots to do for everyone, young and old.

Leah was very helpful in making sure our stay went seamless. Took care of plowing/snowblowing to make the property accessible to all areas of interest as with going had some awful weather.(Snow with more Snow). lol. Again she was very responsive with questions I had and Informative to the specifics of the area. Cozy spot, great to relax and unwind. Would definitely go again, perhaps a great summertime spot.

We love the lake. We have rented a few different places on the lake over the last 10 years. This cottage is amazing. It’s like we checked into a spa!!! It’s very privet and cozy. The small details of the cottage made my wife very happy, from the bath Salts to the high end towels. The view from the couch of the lake makes you just relax…. We brought up 3 snowmobiles to enjoy the local trails. The main trail is a short ride down the road so we could ride from the cottage. The outdoor lights were so beautiful at night!!! A lot of care has been taken on making its guests feel right at home. We didn’t want to leave!!! I highly recommend this for anyone looking to unplug and relax. We will be back! Simon.

We had an enjoyable Thanksgiving. The house is spacious and clean, with a workable kitchen. The backyard is big in size and has lots of activities.

Perfect spot for our girlfriend get away. Beautiful lake and beach and comfy beds! Our host was very responsive and helpful. Very well equipped cottage.

The cottage was very nice. The grounds are flat and beautiful. Great location. Everything was perfect for my family of 6.
