At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Chilling Lakeside on Lake Macquarie

Looking to relax or have an activity filled escape, we offer both. Modern, well equipped home situated on the lakefront with gentle sloping grass to the waters edge shaded by majestic trees. Kayaks/Canoes are provided with life jackets & bicycles with helmets. Plenty of room for kids to play while you sit back under an undercover patio or on the benches around the fire pit with a drink in hand watching the amazing sunsets. A BBQ is provided for relaxed summer outdoor dinners & entertaining

Private cottage with water views on 6 acres with frontage to Cockle Bay - just a quick 2 min walk to the end of the property The cottage opens up fully to gardens overlooking water views. Ideally suited to animal lovers as we have dogs and horses are just over the fence next door. Our very friendly “Sizzle” sausage dog loves to visit guests if permitted :) Charming and unique, air-conditioned or just enjoy the sea breezes. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil, romantic getaway! Enjoy the amazing views while you relax in this private waterfront sanctuary. During the day, use the private jetty to dive, SUP, kayak, fish or just laze around soaking in the rays. At night indulge in a cocktail and freshly made pizza from your personal pizza oven. Then sit around the fire pit while enjoying the amazing sunset. We provide firewood for one night, and supply and deliver extra for $30 / bag.
