Located on the road to the castles, between Chambord and Cheverny, come and recharge your batteries for a few days in the peace and quiet of our house, restored in 2019. On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

On the ground floor: 1 entrance, 1 fitted and equipped kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, toilet, 1 billiard room, 1 laundry room, 1 large bedroom (1 bed 1.60 m and 1 bed 0.90 m), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40 m), 1 veranda and a garage; upstairs: landing (1 sofa bed), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60 m, TV), 1 bedroom (3 beds 0.90 m, TV) with shower room (shower, toilet, 1 sink).

Living room (1 extra sofa bed) with functional fireplace, TV, shower room, equipped kitchen, one bedroom (1 double bed), garden overlooking the Cher, enclosed but medium and large dogs can get over. No Wi-Fi. Bed linens and bath linens provided.

1.5 hours from Paris, in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, 2 steps from the forest and the Loire Valley bike paths, 5 minutes from the natural swimming area of Mont-près-Chambord and its shops (bakery, tobacconist, Intermarché, gas station), a little holiday atmosphere for this old house furnished in a contemporary way where you can enjoy in summer a private terrace with pool (open from May 30 to September 15) and in winter relax by a fireplace.

A Nespresso coffee machine is at your disposal as well as a kettle, washing machine, oven... Wi-Fi is free. Guests can enjoy several outdoor spaces with lounge, table and barbecue. Bed linen, house linen, towels and cleaning are included.
