On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

Ideal for 3 or 4 guests (one double bed and 2 single beds), the apartment is well equipped. Cyclists can easily park their bikes. Paid parking on weekdays is at the foot of the building, a large free parking 300 meters away. The staircase makes access difficult for a person with limited mobility. Welcome to La Petite Maison. We welcome you to a 60 m2 house, completely renovated in 2022. Ideally located at the foot of the "La Loire à Vélo" bike path, less than 10 km from the castles of Blois and Chambord. It has a fully equipped kitchen, open to a bright living room, two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilet. An enclosed garden allows you to relax in the shade of a cherry tree.

Terrace area with unobstructed views of our park of more than 2 hectares (not enclosed).

The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it.
