Maria’s place is beautiful! Perfect for sharing with another family. Our kids loved the pool and the adults loved the outside seating area. So many amenities in the house including washer & dryer. You do have to walk a little longer than I was planning with kids, but for adults it’s fine. Also an OXO very close and convenient. We would stay here again! Thank you Maria!

Martha's place is pequeno perfection. The apartment was charming with cute decorative pieces and wonderful skylights that let in lots of natural light. It is stocked with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Martha was gracious enough to ask if there was anything that I needed prior to my arrival, and when I said "water," she brought me 20 liters. The apartment is small in size but large in character. It's a nice place to stay.

The place was beyond our expectations. Paula was an amazing host and assured that we had everything we needed. Met us on check in day to make sure she answered all questions and provided suggestions for restaurants and things to go. She was beyond helpful. The place felt like a home. All my family and friends loved it. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Merida. Thank you!

The property is amazing, beautifully traditional inside, with great privacy and a peaceful vibe. The pool was a highlight: clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing. The outdoor space was also tidy and well-kept, and the manual provided was super detailed and helpful. I visited as a solo female traveler because I enjoy having lots of space, and I felt at ease and safe throughout my stay. I’d definitely come back again if the wind brings me back to Mérida. I had booked this place a while ago while preparing for my year of travel around the world, and from the very beginning, Neil was easy to communicate with, always clear, responsive, and available. I ended up leaving a bit earlier than planned, but Neil was very understanding and we found a solution that worked smoothly.

Everything was great about this place. It was easy to find and check in. There were plenty of nice bedrooms, with hammocks and ensuite washrooms, as well as a spacious common area. Great for large group of 12-24 people. Host was very responsive and everything was clean.

Casa Que Pasa, it's a paradise you have to live in. The house is very cozy, clean and well located, perfect for relaxing and exploring the area. Also, the hosts Christine and Sonya are super friendly and attentive , which makes the stay even more enjoyable. If you are looking for a comfortable and good value place, this is a great option! The beach is practically at your feet ! Dream sunsets will make your evenings unforgettable, and at night the sound of the waves will make you relax in an environment full of peace and tranquility.

We so enjoyed our stay at Villa Romantica. We were able to have 3 generations of our family (from across USA) join us here. This home is so beautiful. Imagine 90% of your stay is ‘outside’, the living area, dining room, roof top terrace, and Kitchen are all outside. The only time you are inside is to sleep, and yes you can air condition the 3 bedrooms. You will pay for electric but by air conditioning the bed rooms at night our cost for a week was just over $50. Our day to day host contact was Natalie. She kept in constant contact for any need and also volunteered daily activities going on in Mérida. We found the people of Mérida very polite. We rented a vehicle a large suburban and were always able to find parking close in front of ‘Villa Romantica’ (during peak rental season). We drove to the ruins at Chichen Itza, the beach at Progreso, and the grocery stores. Unless you have a large group (we had 8). Driving in the tight streets of Merida El Centro was a bit stressful.

Goals met We spent a month in the beach house. I would like to express our satisfaction, because our goals of choosing this house at the start are simply reached: - enjoy the beach every day on the pre-midis, - take advantage of the swimming pool every day in the afternoons, - and live the Mexican experience in a typical and authentic Mexican house. All this came to fruition in large part thanks to Raúl's kindness. Raúl is a gentleman and a really good communicator. He was attentive, present, and responded very quickly to our messages. It should be noted that the noise of the 2 adjacent primary schools (weekday, until 3:00 pm) did not bother us so much, as we go out on the eve. Thank you so much Raúl, hoping to return someday!

We really enjoyed our stay at this room. The place was clean, smelled good, and is well placed. I would highly recommend! Small downside, there are not really any windows in the bedroom only skylights. But the place was still very nice!

It is a wonderful house to explore the city from there. Bicycles are ideal! The house is equipped with every comfort, everything has been thought of. Wonderfully private, easy parking at the door. Unaware stay, would book it again soon. Charles was a very friendly host with lots of tips.

Beautiful location, we were pleasantly surprised. Nice swimming pool and when you are in the garden you do not notice that you are in the city. Within walking distance of the city center, but if you want to go back in the dark, we recommend taking a taxi. You'll be home safe for 70. communication is good.

This is THE place!!! We stayed for 4 nights and loved every single moment of it! To start, this was the biggest pool that I found in all of the Airbnbs I looked at. There is great AC and the upstairs grill/lounge area was such a great touch. I loved going up there in the mornings and seeing a little street kitty sitting on the neighbors roof. It is shaded and very comfortable! Great place to have your morning coffee. Speaking of morning coffee, they do provide a coffee maker and coffee grounds. Check-in was a breeze, and the person that helped us was very flexible with our time. In terms of location, it doesn't get better. We walked EVERYWHERE. When we didn't feel like walking, a quick Uber ride did the trick. I also loved the bed, it was so comfortable. The TV in the living room was a great touch to relax after long days of walking in Merida. Finally, the house looks like an art museum. I mean beautiful does not even begin to cover it. This whole place is something out of a magazine.
