It has an outdoor fire pit, hot tub, hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen, it has 2 ponds on the property stocked with fish. It has state parks for fishing, mountain biking, hiking, fossil hunting etc., just 20 mins away from the property.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom. Enjoy the sites and sounds of nature as you watch the horses graze and the birds soar. Our space requires a 2 step entry and is in a rural setting. It is a great place for individuals that can navigate our rural setting and varied terrain.

Eagle Lodge-Lakefront Fishing

The elegant Eagle Lodge is perched upon a ridge overlooking this peaceful 7 acre lake with fishing and boating just feet away. All the comforts of home on the inside with gorgeous views of the surrounding landscape. Just built in May 2023, this patriotic cabin is decorated to honor the history of this great nation.
