quiet and tranquil, and incredible and comfortable place to stay in the mountains

Monica was a fabulous host! She was super responsive and helpful. The house was clean, large space and plentiful bedrooms for a big group. The view from the balcony was amazing. We had our coffee out there every morning enjoying the view and the sounds of the birds. This place is a true hidden paradise.

Ashely was a super hostess! She was easy to reach, flexible,and always willing to be of any assistance. When the power went out, she helped me set up the generator over on the phone and even came by to help set it up. She is a gracious hostess and her place is beautiful and very clean. It has every amenity and Air BNB could need! I loved staying here !

We absolutely loved our stay here! We booked it expecting to take the ferry & even though our plans changed it was still perfect. We were able to visit several beaches & El Yunque with minimal driving, El Y was the farthest but still right under an hour. Sometimes it’s hard to trust that all the helpful extras are there like shampoos, beach/pool supplies etc but they had everything we needed. The kitchen utensils were well stocked too. My girls LOVED the pool, they were out there swimming by 8 am each day we were there and had a blast. Oh and there is an empeñada stand down the street which was awesome! We loved cracking open a coconut & eating mangos from the trees out back and even saw iguanas (big ones). You might not love the roosters if you stay here but we didn’t mind bc we are early morning risers & it really wasn’t that bad. AC worked great. I wish we could have brought my parents or my mother in law for the mother in law suite-that is a huge perk for some families. Highly Rec!

Beautiful home. My family and I felt safe. The area was nice and quiet. A few minutes away from the Ceiba ferry. We went to culebra for the first time and staying at Romeo’s place made it easy for us to get there and come back. I definitely recommend 1,000% to book. We can’t wait to book again and explore more of the area.

The place was perfect, it had everything we needed and more. The beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler was a plus. The beds were comfy and the place was specious. We felt right at home! Definitely would recommend!

todo bn, el beeper del control de acceso no estaba por lo que tienes que llamar en el intercom cada vez que entres o salgas del apt., tiene mucha vigilancia en las noches y es seguro para la familia, la cocina esta equipada con todo, cafetera, blender, utensilios etc, super comodo

Tuvimos un problema con nuestra otra reservación y este apartamento lo conseguimos de último momento pero fue aún mejor, pudimos descansar y disfrutar mucho.

Tania fue excelente y el lugar nos encantó!! Había muchas opciones para comer cerca y una playa hermosa. El área de la piscina estaba increíble y cuando nos quedamos sin luz fue un plus ya que podíamos refrescarnos y disfrutar al mismo tiempo.

Lots of helpful information provided. Stayed for one night on the way to the ferry to Vieques and it was close and convenient. Nice accommodations!

Vincent went out of his way to help us with recommendations and even brought over some books for us to read. He was flexible and kind and we very much appreciated his help as well as his very capable staff. Someone met us at the Amigo supermarket and led us to the condo. They were all great.

We loved our stay at Marta's. The views were amazing and the surroundings were peaceful. I wish we had more time to relax while there and I could see us going back in the future for some quiet R&R. The location was near all the local hotspots and we used it as our base for trips to Vieques & Farajado.

Beautiful home. We absolutely loved our stay. The kids had the best time splashing in the pool all day. Gorgeous views at every turn and peaceful sounds of nature all night long. The only downside to the location is that because it is so remote, there are not a lot of restaurants or things to do anywhere close to the home. That said, we would absolutely return. It's a great home for family vacations!

We enjoyed our stay in Ramon's Penthouse Apartment. Felt like it was a great deal for the money...3bd, 2ba, full kitchen, TV and Internet. Ramon provided wristbands for on property amenities, but we were too busy to take advantage. We liked the apartment being close to the ferry as we planned day trips to both Culebra and Vieques...also not too far from San Juan for trips back to see the Fort, Palace and Old San Juan. Apartment was very clean. Loved having washer/dryer in the unit. A/C worked great. Even had a few unmentioned amenities that we took advantage of like 1 beach chair and pull cart that came in handy. La Pina was a peaceful oasis in the middle of the forest. Beautiful flowering trees and greenery all around. The sounds of the coqui at night echoed throughout the hillside. It is a lovely place to unwind. The place was immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable. No one was staying in the attached apartment, so we had a very quiet stay. Marta was very responsive and accommodating, allowing us a later check out due to the heavy rain on our last day. She shared great recommendations for the surrounding area. Although we didn't get to see too much of the grounds, wasn't sure where the animals were located, we found lots of lizards, coqui, and a variety of birds around the space. Loved the back patio with the gorgeous view. Kitchen was fully equipped. My 8 year old says "it was amazing!" I would definitely recommend Marta's place to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, peaceful spot a bit off the beaten path, embedded in nature. Would return to this oasis in a heartbeat! 5 stars!

The surroundings are truly beautiful with coqui frogs to sing you to sleep and birds to wake you up in the morning. Although the furnishings are basic, it was comfortable and felt authentically Puerto Rican!

Our stay was so beautiful and peaceful, inside the home is just like the pictures and all the views were gorgeous. Lynn was very helpful with everything. We absolutely loved all the chickens and roosters, they were very friendly. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting this area.

Un sitio sumamente tranquilo, buscábamos descansar y realmente logramos hacerlo. Sherly fue muy amigable y sus instrucciones fueron claras. Nos encantó el lugar, se los recomiendo.
