Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. Feel the breeze end enjoy the amazing view 300 ft. above the pacific ocean. At night you can see perfectly the stars. The cottage is made with antics what gives it his unique warm touch, no tree had to be cut to make it. The property was completely reforested in the last 30 years.

New Oceanfront-Villa between Montezuma and Cabuya. The villa has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with Kingsize 2m x 2m , and the 3rd room with 2 single beds , which you can use as one bed as well. Here you have both: The view and the walking distance to the beach. Nice beach “Playa Los Cedros” in the front, good for combing and swimming.
