First floor: bathroom, large bedroom and laundry area. Second floor: two bedrooms. Third floor: one bedroom and another small living room. You can't park on the street because it's an old town, but cars can pass. THERE IS NO WIFI!!! NO HEATING!!!

You have a house to relax, play sports and enjoy a quiet stay surrounded by nature, but ten minutes from a beautiful city. Even to work if someone wants... from the house you can walk to the beach along a lake in a 15-minute walk. The city is 10 minutes away by car and there is everything, please read my description of the area.
