Come enjoy this roomy guest house with a private entrance. WE CAN ONLY ACCOMMODATE 1 VEHICLE NO STREET PARKING. We are pet friendly. THERE IS A $20 PER PET PER NIGHT FEE with a limit of 2 dogs. 5 minute walk to the beach 2 miles south of the Cayucos pier and 4 miles north of Morro Rock. Enjoy great sunsets and access to a 4 mile stretch of dog friendly beach. You have access to WiFi, Netflix, Hulu & Youwireless printer. Two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a desk.

Room is a converted workshop, so it's a little industrial but we have done a lot of work to fix it up pretty cute. Wide open space. Space heater included. Use of fridge, coffee maker, microwave and water heater but otherwise no 'kitchen'. Bathroom w/ shower, toilet & sink.
