Waterfront holiday rentals in Cayman Brac

The setting of Henry’s place is beautiful especially the shaded hammock area on the beach by the water. One thing to note is that it was not possible to swim in the sea in front during the stay but there are easy access swimming areas nearby and there is a pool at the house. A car is recommended by the owner and I was glad to have it. The weekly rate was very reasonable and Henry helped arrange it. Leo, the manager, met me at the airport and was easily reachable for questions. Pros: Great sunsets, well stocked kitchen, scuba gear rinse area, nice large washer dryer for use of all 3 units, good AC and wifi, comfortable beds, great sea views from inside the house in the main living area. Cons: That I did not book a longer stay.

Had such a lovely stay at Coralie’s place. So peaceful and relaxing. Her place has any and every thing you need to enjoy your time there. Communication was excellent. Will certainly be staying there again and will recommend to anyone visiting the island. Thank you so much!

Henry is a great host. He has someone meet you at the airport and arranges a rental car for you so it is easy the moment you step off the plane. His place is right on the ocean and it is beautiful and tranquil there. Henry took good care of us when a hurricane unexpectedly showed up and we felt perfectly safe. When our flight got canceled because of the storm, Henry stepped right in and accommodated us even though our time was up. He responded very quickly each time we texted and made us feel right at home.

This was our 4th trip to Little Cayman and our first stay at Daniel’s condo. We could not have been more pleased. This condo had everything we needed and more and the ocean view was spectacular. Daniel was great to work with and very responsive. Love this place and we will definitely book again.

Henry’s place was the perfect place for some deep relaxation! Right on the water, with beautiful grounds and hammocks that were perfect for drifting in and out of sleep, reading, and generally soothing the days away. The location too, was perfect. Just a few minutes from “downtown” and under ten minutes to the Brac Scuba Shack. The sea was a bit choppy right in front of the house, but on calm days, you could absolutely shore dive just out the front. While we were there, the other two units were unoccupied, which meant that we had the hammocks and pool to ourselves. The interior was perfectly appointed with a great kitchen and comfy couches. Communication was impeccable. We would absolutely return!

Coralie was great. Proactive communication. Flexible on check-in and -out. Helped right away with a minor problem Place was great. Cottage vibe, nicely decorated, comfortable Mattresses were great/comfy Kitchen (very important for me cuz we cook) was stocked with basics - right spices, good amount of condiments in the fridge, pots, pans, etc. We would stay again.

Henry’s place is on the west end and right on the water. It is a beautiful location. It is very well equipped. He was very responsive and helpful to make our stay a great one. Would definitely recommend!

My partner and I had a lovely and peaceful experience here at featherstone. The place was very cozy and felt like at home. The scenery was beautiful, very easy accessible. Our host was great as well, she was very helpful, responsive and friendly. We plan to come again in the near future! This place was the perfect fit for our vacation.

We visit the Brac 2 to 3 times a year and have a few houses we typically rent, but I noticed this was new to the rental market. In comparison to all the other houses we’ve stayed in this house is much more modern. One of the things I absolutely loved about it also was the screened in back porch with the swing. We are used to having l hammocks, but never a swing, and it was so relaxing! This house is also an excellent location as far as convenience to the airport, grocery store, several restaurants, and the dive shop, Brac Scuba shack. Julia was super helpful on check-in day about a couple of questions I had and also very responsive later in the week when I reached out to her again. The house is just past another house up on stilts called turtle run. The directions you click on for Airbnb did not take us to the house, it took us past the house. However, that is not an issue with Julia or the house rental at all. Lovely stay and we will definitely rent again in the future!

What a quiet, peaceful and beautiful place. After traveling around the island, Spot Bay is the best and quietest part of the island. Highly recommend this cottage. It has awesome views of the Carribean, everything you need for a comfortable vacation, would most definitely stay again!

This is the second time that we have vacationed on Cayman Brac. We love the laid back, friendly atmosphere, the incredible natural beauty of the island, the snorkling (some gear provided), and the great accommodations! We planned to have more family members join us, but when they couldn't come, we decided to live the rich life at Coral Beach Villa ourselves. My husband and I had the main house to ourselves, and my son and daughter-in-law took the guest house. The entire place was equipped to sleep 10 comfortably with all bedrooms spacious with ensuite baths. The kitchen had everything we needed, and washer and dryer in laundry. The dining table was huge, but we preferred to eat most meals on the lovely outdoor table. Lounging by the pool at our completely private resort was our favorite activity, and Mr. Orane, the property manager, regularly came to clean the pool and check to see if we were all well. A tropical storm blew through, but the house was sturdy, and we never felt unsafe.

Nice place. Comfy bed. Nice TV. High-end washer/dryer made life easier for 2 divers on a 15 day dive trip with just a carry on bag of clothes!

Really enjoyed our stay at the “Stumble Inn” . Karen was quick to respond to our inquiries and provided us with helpful suggestions - access was simple and straightforward, and the unit perfect for our visit. Great location with a nice pool and small beach - and great bird watching close by. Would definitely recommend contacting Karen if you plan on visiting Cayman Brac .

We really loved staying in this condo. It was very quiet and comfortable. We loved the view from the top floor deck and being able to bring chairs to the beach right below the condo in the afternoon. Little Cayman is really different from other islands because not that many people live here. The plane rides between the islands were a blast and we felt safe with two pilots in the front of the plane. We loved all the red footed boobies nesting in trees right along the road. We had a great time diving the Bloody Bay Wall with Little Cayman Divers. We will be back!

Carol Sue's 2 bed/2 bath unit was exactly as described. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had lots of utensils and some spices and a few water bottles were in the fridge which was great upon arrival. The location is awesome, the area is quiet, very little traffic comes along the beach front road, a few roosters make for background noise but otherwise nothing much beyond the ocean waves. It's easy to go for a swim or a snorkel adventure right across from the house with entry from the dock (the beach itself is not sandy) and many afternoons fishermen would come in to clean their catch which attracted a nurse shark with her baby one day, it was awesome. We watched the stars and the planetary alignment every evening when out on evening strolls - plenty of places where the sky is very dark. We dove with the Brac Scuba Shack and they were simply perfect. Best lunch was had a The Beach Club. Carol Sue was an attentive host and we had such a wonderful week in Stake Bay.

Carol Sue's home is a lovely gem! Outside of town and right on the water, it is so peaceful to hear the ocean waves. Centrally located on the island, it was easy to get to the dive shop, groceries, restaurants and island activities (by car). Carol Sue was super responsive and checked in during our stay to see if we had any questions or needed anything. Sunset from the front yard every night was a perfect end to every day!
