The "Dalhia" cottage (5 pers/2 bedrooms) is located on the property "Les Chaumières", a set of 2 cottages with a heated pool (June to September) and shared with the "l'étable" cottage (5 pers). In a wooded and flowered garden, fishing pond nearby and a large equipped playground. The gîte: on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen living room and upstairs 2 bedrooms one with 1 bed 140 and the other with 1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90, bathroom and toilet, terrace. The charms of the Poitevin countryside.

La Croix Bardon

Relax and unwind in this calm, stylish Gîte set within 2.5 acres of peaceful countryside. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the Gite offers four comfortable bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third has a French double. The fourth has two single beds. The Gite comfortably accommodates 6 guests. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. Guests are welcome to enjoy a gentle stroll or simply relax in the large, well-kept garden.

Old house completely renovated that can accommodate up to 6 people. The house consists of a living room/lounge/kitchen/toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and mezzanine with double bed, then a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is ideally located south of Deux Sèvres, 40 minutes from Niort, less than 1 hour from Marais Poitevin, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1.5 hours from La Rochelle.

It is located in a small hamlet but is within easy reach of the lovely market towns of Melle, Sauze entre Bois, Chef Boutonne, Ruffec and Civray with all the amenities: Supermarkets, boulangeries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants and weekly markets.

The Plessis House
