Holiday rentals with a patio in Caulfield North

We were in Melbourne for a sports event in St Kilda. This was in perfect location, walking distance from really nice places to eat and drink, as well as the St Kilda beach. Really nicely presented place. Enjoyed our stay.

Andrew’s apartment is a real treat. It’s in a great spot, close to everything but feels so very private. Such a beautiful art deco building with loads of character and gorgeous views. There’s a massive balcony area with lots of sunlight and Andrew is really lovely and very responsive. Highly recommended

We had such a lovely stay at Raf and Tegan’s place! They are super attentive hosts, and the apartment was clean, cosy and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s also really close to trams to the CBD, woolies, and other amenities so you have everything you need. Perfect for our first month in Melbourne, would definitely recommend ☺️

Great location with excellent transport links. Easy tram to Chapel St and a wonderful selection of restaurants.

Nice private apartment in a perfect location in St Kilda close to transport and restaurants. Loved that the parking space had a power point for electric vehicle charging. Self check-in was very easy!

Susie’s apartment was amazing !!to say the least It was really clean and exactly matching the photos and description given With an amazing gallery and of course the icing on the cake was the goodies kept like fruits breads different types of tea/coffee water bottles and what not. The location was as described with an easy 5 minutes walk to the tram/railway/bus station. To take u to the city centre in 10/15 minutes. Beautiful riverside walk nearby. Susie was a very easygoing and a lovely lady Would love to stay again

Haijing’s place was very well located and quiet even though it was within easy distance to every city convenience. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and a pleasure to stay in. I enjoyed my time there and give high marks to this host and her place. Thank you!

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Such a beautiful small home, so clean and bed linen immaculate. Beds so so comfy. Really felt safe, the street has elderly long term owners. Very quiet and safe area. I’m big on cleanliness and this was 10/10. Def staying again. Kitchen facilities brilliant, did all my cooking with good quality pots and utensils. Bathroom is awesome, love the view. Cant fault. Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Cannot beat the location and privacy at this beautiful home! Anthony, our host was friendly, responsive, helpful and very experienced. Such a beautiful spot to stay at if you’re looking to feel relaxed and at home after a day exploring, or even just to enjoy the home itself! We had a terrific two week stay in Armadale. The home had everything we needed, and was beautifully furnished. What a great location - really close to public transport and an easy walk to trendy cafes and the Orrong Hotel. Beds were really comfortable, the whole house was spotlessly clean, great little courtyard - highly recommend!

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

An amazing apartment in an idillic setting and suburb. Close to shops at Camberwell Junction and plenty of cafes. Loved the bakery, cafe downstairs.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
