Чудесный домик расположен в невероятном месте. В любое время дня вокруг просто потрясающие виды. Пребыванием остались очень довольны. В доме есть все необходимое для жизни. Машину можно оставить либо во дворе, либо на парковке перед двором. Так же стоит отметить насколько тихо в этом месте. После городской суеты это особенно порадовало.

This place was a home away from home - we have been on the road for months and Karo’s house was exactly what we needed. So warm and cosy, overlooking a mountain village with green valleys and snow capped peaks and the house had all the comforts including some beautifully friendly cats! Karo & his wife are kind, helpful and responsive with anything we needed. Karo even met us when we arrived which was lovely to be shown how everything works. Close drive to some beautiful hikes, I wouldn’t look any further than this lovely space for a stay close to Dilijan national park.

Un véritable bijou ! En tant que professionnel du tourisme, j’ai l’habitude de visiter toutes sortes de logements — mais celui-ci est vraiment exceptionnel. La vue est tout simplement magique : montagnes, forêt, ciel en mouvement… et le doux son de la rivière en fond. Que ce soit depuis le salon, la chambre ou même le jacuzzi, on est plongé dans la nature. Oubliez la télé, ici c’est le spectacle vivant qui vous captive. Le logement est propre, bien aménagé, décoré avec goût, et le personnel est extrêmement serviable. Une nuit, un orage a causé une coupure d’électricité — nous avons contacté Hassan, et il a résolu le problème à la minute. Merci encore pour cette réactivité ! Ne vous laissez pas influencer par d’éventuels mauvais commentaires : s’il y a un problème ici, il vient probablement de la personne qui l’écrit, pas du logement. Si je pouvais mettre plus que 5/5, je le ferais sans hésiter.

We truly loved our time at this house - it’s such a special place, beautiful and full of character. It gave our family a perfect space to relax and recharge.

Очень чисто, уютно и спокойно, а вид просто потрясающий! Отдельное спасибо Lusia - она всегда была на связи и помогала с любыми вопросами. Это идеальное место, чтобы отдохнуть от суеты и насладиться природой. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова💕

Lusine è stata una host accogliente e disponibile, nonostante fossimo arrivati di notte e con il volo in ritardo. Posizione tranquilla leggermente dislocata dal centro città, raggiungibile facilmente in una passeggiata di 30 minuti o con un taxi in meno di 10 minuti. La stanza era come da descrizione, molto pulita e confortevole, e con tutto il necessario. Esperienza molto positiva!

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Pleasant 15 minute walk through some residential streets to get downtown to restaurants and other activities.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Konstantins Unterkunft! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, besonders der kleine Gartenteich mit den Fischen war ein echtes Highlight und hat eine richtig entspannte Atmosphäre geschaffen. Wir waren zu viert da und konnten wunderbar grillen und einfach abschalten. Konstantin ist ein unglaublich netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Als wir beim Checkout aus Versehen den Autoschlüssel im Auto eingeschlossen haben, war er sofort zur Stelle und hat uns dabei geholfen, das Auto wieder zu öffnen. Ohne ihn hätten wir wahrscheinlich unseren Flug verpasst und hohe Kosten für einen Schlüsseldienst zahlen müssen. Wir sind ihm sehr, sehr dankbar und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung! 🙏✨

Дом просто невероятный! мы отмечали новый год большой компанией, отлично провели время) дом большой, в нем есть вообще все необходимое, очень уютно

Огромная благодарность хозяину виллы, Эмилю, за отличное жилье, за рекомендации, за радушие и отзывчивость. Дом очень просторный, аккуратный, все предусмотрено. Мы чувствовали себя лучше, чем дома, единственное о чем мы пожалели, что не зарезервировали дом на более длительный срок. Отличные пляжи в 10-20 минутах ходьбы, очень вкусные и красивые рестораны в 5-10 минутах от дома, да и из дома даже не хотелось выходить, чистый бассейн, из которого дети не вылезали, красивый двор с беседкой, дома очень уютно. Я рада, что выбрала именно эту виллу, мы действительно отлично отдохнули. Нам Эмиль посоветовал несколько ресторанов, во все сходили и все просто топ! Один лучше другого. Иншалла вернемся!

işletme sahibi bizi samimi bir şekilde eşiyle beraber karşıladı.Gayet samimi sıcakkanlılardı. işletme sahibi gezilecek yerler konusunda çok yardımcı oldular. dere evinin konumu karadeniz, yeşillik ve fırtına deresinin su sesiyle adeta bir huzur merkezi gibiydi. dere evinin özgürlük alanı genişlik açısından çevredeki konaklamalra kıyasla çok çok önde arabanız için özel otopark alanı, mangal yakmak için özel barbekü alanı özel kışbahçesi ve yaz bahçesi en önemlisi ısıtmalı yüzme havuzu ve daha sayamadığım birçok ayrıntıları var. eşimle beraber çok güzel vakit geçirdik. burdan işletme sahiplerine samimi tutumlarından dolayı Turan bey'e ve eşi Özlem hanım'a çok çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Herkese tavsiye ediyoruz ilkti ve son olmayacak birdahaki tatilimiz de tekrar buraya gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz. Her şey için tekrardan teşekkürler..

There is the second time we've booked - everything was great again!

The place is at the outskirts of the city. But the property is very good. Greenery, Pool, BBQ options. The host was so kind thay they picked and dropped us to the Batumi railway station. The couple were so generous. Overall, excellent stay!!

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

We spent 3 days at this house with friends, and honestly, it was amazing. 🥰 The place is beautiful: crazy views, fresh mountain air, and you can hear the river all the time. It was super clean and had everything we needed: fireplace, cards, backgammon, plus homemade cottage cheese, eggs, and sour cream (and that cottage cheese was seriously good). Even a blender for protein shakes 😅 One thing I really loved was the hot tub in the backyard. Sitting in warm water, watching the sunset with those views… honestly unforgettable. Beso was awesome. He helped us organize the trip, found the right people for stuff, handled all the arrangements, gave us tips on places and hiking trails, and was always there when we needed him. He even made sure the hot tub was heated every day!! We were really lucky to have him help us as it made exploring Racha way more comfortable. Big thanks to Beso! This place is definitely one I wanna come back. 10/10

My wife and I decided to make this beautiful and natural cabin our home while we spent our time in Georgia. Gela was by far the most respectful, helpful, and caring hosts I have had. If I have any family or friends who want to visit Georgia in the future, this will be the first place I will recommend! Can’t say enough how perfect the location is if you are looking for some peace and quiet with nature all around.

Very charming and authentic place. This apartment is for you if you want to feel like a Tbilisi-resident and not just a tourist. Be ware that the apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood, and there can be some noise during the evening/night. But it really all adds to the charm of the place, and nothing beats sitting on the balcony in the evening. Communication with Tsotne was great. Would recommend to anyone!

Das Häuschen ist wirklich sehr abgelegen. Der nächste Supermarkt 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Also kauft vorher ein. Es gibt die Möglichkeit beim Eco House Essen zu gehen oder sogar dort zu bestellen. Man muss also nicht kochen. Sonst ist die Unterkunft sehr schön. Der Whirlpool ist toll und echt das Highlight unserer Übernachtungen. Einmal Kontakt mit dem Manager aufnehmen dann bekommt man auch Anweisungen wo man hin muss.

A beautiful place with mindblowing view out the balcony. Lot of space to park outside and the host is very quick with any help needed. Kitchen is full with lot of ingredients, we cooked pasta there with those ingredients. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Gudauri or Kazbegi.

Mako’s place was great with a gorgeous terrace! Very convenient location and very walkable to most places. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful apartment in Tbilisi.

הייתה חוויה נעימה דירה נקייה קומה גבוה עם נוף פנורמי לים היינו 6 מבוגרים וזה הספיק לא היה חסר שום דבר מטבח עם אבזור מלא מכונת כביסה אינטרנט היה מושלם
